“Rental trucks are moving fast around here these days. I waited too long to rent a 20' truck. Should have known better. Went to see Bill on Fairview Ave. to find that indeed nothing was available. He immediately got on the phone and did everything he could to get me a truck. He found one for me which was not too far away. I reserved it right away. Turns out that the other place just called to say they didn't have the truck any more, but are holding one farther away (not so good for me). I reserved that one, but called Bill just in case something became available at his location in the meantime. He called back and said he couldn't find a thing, and that I should stick with the one I am holding, since there's nothing out there. No matter what happens with the other place, Bill was extremely helpful and on the case.”

“Great experience overall! The team at U-Haul was very helpful and got me on the road quickly, even though they were quite busy. The truck was well-maintained and clean. My only minor note is that the pickup process took a little longer than expected due to technical glitches, but the staff was polite and accommodating. Would definitely rent here again!”
