Wow - Kendra and team ROCK! Great communication from start to finish. They are a preferred shipper with Stair Auction House. I've never used UPS before to pick up from an auction house, so I was a bit nervous, but this team clearly does a lot of business with Stair. Kendra was super communicative via email with all my questions before and after the auction. She even adjusted when my shipment would arrive because I was going to be out of town. Everything was impeccably packed. Probably one of the better packing jobs I've received from a shipper. Thank you so much! Would 100% use them again.

Don't go here, use FedEx instead. This store destroyed my computer due to their incompetence. I paid to have my computer shipped in a box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap to be sent to the Acer Repair Center. The staff member, who was very new but had a more experienced person nearby watching & not helping at all, said the people who pack boxes were not there (why even be open then?) and that it would have to be packed in the morning, but he would write down my instructions so they would pack it correctly in the morning. This never happened. They shipped my laptop in a BAGGIE. Obviously it was refused by the Acer repair team and was destroyed during shipping. I showed up to file a claim and they didn't apologize or really seem to care. I paid to insure it, and they said they would file the claim on my behalf. I confirmed that it would be a claim for $400, they said yes. Now I see the claim amount is $330. The newer staffer only insured me for $300, telling me that UPS automatically insures $100, totaling $400. This information of course turns out to be incorrect, more incompetence. Unbelievable. Now I am out for weeks without a computer, and am not going to be reimbursed properly. I also paid for shipping & insurance for something fragile and expensive that they decided to ship in a plastic bag. Filed a complaint with UPS corporate.
Update 3/12/25: The store manager let me know that the store will cover the ~ $100 difference once the initial insurance claim is paid out. It could take weeks for me to receive any funds but it sounds like I will be able to fully recover $400.
Update June 2025: In late March/early April the store offered to recover the ~$100 difference due to the insurance confusion, so I was reimbursed a total of $400. Updating my review from 1 to 3 stars because the situation was ultimately resolved favorably.

Against my better judgment I went to this location as the recipient wanted the package sent UPS. As I suspected it was a disaster. The store itself was ill equipped to handle the level of traffic that was present, even for an afternoon at 2:45 p.m. My package was supposed to be delivered 2 day and was not, citing inclement weather though there is no bad weather in either my or the recipients area. The package says it’s at the facility but won’t be delivered for TWO days after tomorrow. I could have sent a bunch of money and sent it regular USPS if I wanted to wait six days for my package to arrive. To make matters worse it wasn’t until I went to track the package that I realized the clerk at UPS spelled the name of the recipient wrong. Since I literally spelled it out for her I didn’t suspect she would get it SO wrong, but of course she did. This is my second bad experience with this location. Trust me, there won’t be a third!

I had to send my brother's flag/box to his son in AR. It cost me almost $100.
If it wasn't a triangle shape, I would have sent it myself.
Which they charged 9 for the box. Thought maybe 30 or 50, but not close to 100.

I had to do two returns and when I walked into the store there was a line of about six people. my immediate reaction was “oh no I’m gonna be here forever and I don’t have the time today”. I was out of there in less than five minutes! The employee was fast, efficient and friendly. I would go here again in a heartbeat!

I went there to ship a couple boxes. One guy was being helped by a worker, and the other worker was cashing out her register over an HOUR before closing. She had her back to me and the other customers that came in behind me. Not a word; hello someone will be right with you, I will help you when I'm done; not a word, just her back to everyone. Eventually the other guy got finished and the other worker helped me out. He got the info and measured the boxes. Not sure why, but he added an inch to each measurement? Also the weight turned out higher than what I weighed it at. But, by this time, there was a line to the front door and I just needed to get out of there. I won't be back again, I will drive further to a different location.
