I went in there after having a horrible day trying to get my passport renewal mailed out. I was nice I had no idea what the process was and said that and asked for guidance and help. I was treated terribly. Given zero help and the run around being made to get in and out of line given partial information; although others were allowed to cut back in front of the line. There was no respect for me as a paying customer/person or my time. Others in the line felt the same way and were being treated horribly also. Drive the few extra minutes and go to a different location, save yourself the hassle. I left in tears after being talked down to and laughed at without mailing out my passport application.

The postal service drivers are lazy. They will shove a box into your mail box and jam it in there making it nearly impossible to get anything you need out. And I’m not talking about the people who stuff the PO Boxes. I’m talking the drivers. Instead of simply getting OUT of their vans. They will force it to fit in your mailbox. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. At this point, I’m not going to lie, the postal service needs to be privatized so it can receive the funding and training it needs. Hell, even when I lived in areas where Amazon drivers delivered to me. The packages were in WAY better condition

Rude!! I called about a package that was delivered to the wrong address and the person that answered kept talking over me and cutting me off. Not listening to my questions. I wish there was a zero star.

Whoever delivers to Maple lane in Livingston needs slow the F down driving in the park and delivering mail, read mailbox addresses or get glasses. Every time I order something I get the notification that it's delivered and yet there's nothing in my box, someone else ends up with it and depending on whoevers box it gets put in I won't ever get it cause people like to take others S**t

Honestly wish there was an option for a 0 star review at this time. I’ve ordered computer parts twice now and had them delivered to my workplace and both times the original date scheduled for delivery has been marked as a “failed delivery due to the business being closed” which is not the case. Both dates the business was, in fact, open and the supposed delivery attempt today there wasn’t even a USPS vehicle that drove by during the time of the attempted delivery.Last weekend it was the same occurrence and on top of that they simply deposited the package outside the building the next day, Sunday, despite the business actually being closed at that point.

Left my package at wrong place but the next day they made sure they located it and brought it to me. And they apologized. They're working so hard and I appreciate that they took the time to fix their mistake.

Was having an item shipped to a family member's home and package did not arrive. I was fortunate to find the phone number to Hudson post office and someone actually answered on the second ring can you believe that? She was kind and helped me figure out what was going on with the package. Speaking to a human who actually cared about my issue is enough reason for five stars in my book. Wish I had a USPS like that down in Georgia!
