Weeks to get an A/C compressor. Days to get a belt. So my truck was there for almost 3 weeks. Almost $2000 later it was done.For Supercar prices you would think they would have inventory....Hourly prices are stiff. Maybe not worse than other dealers, but still.......

Got an internet trade in price from their website, drive 2 hours to buy their car after sending them screenshots of my trade and their car to be told the $27,875 internet quote was something “ Oh you can’t go by that” your trade is $22,500. Oh well that was the deal I was driving 2 hrs for. Typical bait and switch. Buyer beware

I had to follow my brother there, having issues with his truck, he went in and they told him it would take about 4 weeks to get it back! They were that far behind! I never heard of such nonsense! They could get people from another dealership to get them caught up, couldn't they? He's already changed the battery and alternator. I think they should think more about customer service.

Leasing a 2022 Jeep Renegade and we absolutely love it so far! Matt was very helpful without being pushy like a lot of dealerships tend to be. Katie was very kind and it was a very speedy process. Carter in customer service was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone there was very professional and courteous.

Always a pleasure to do business at Village Dodge. Have purchased many vehicle here. Matt has always been fair and honest, a very good business man. The service department is very good, they have always taken care of any repairs and service quickly and efficiently. The service department has also found other potential issues while performing another repair and have been very good about confirming the issue before repair and then making the repair. Good to know when leaving the vehicle is 100% safe. Pay a visit here is you need a car or repair. Good honest people.

Our car broke down on the way to vacation, and we had to find a place for AAA to tow us. Every shop we called in the area was jammed packed and no one would even take us! Finally, Village Dodge agreed to take a look at the car although they couldn't make any promises about when it could be fixed, they are so busy. We got towed there, they looked at our car for over an hour while we enjoyed their complimentary drinks, snacks, and Wifi. They found what they thought was the problem and made a call to another dealership to ask them to take us. They wouldn't take a dime for all their work! They were so pleasant and so kind, we are so very, very grateful. We didn't end up giving them any business but on customer service alone, they get the highest ratings and our deepest thanks.
