I went to the Walgreens pharmacy the other day and was greeted by the pharmacist. The staff there are so polite. I had a question about my medications and the Woman, I believe her name was Jessica was able to assist my needs and answer my questions. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes of gathering my things. Thumbs up to the pharmacy department.

This five star review is for the staff of the Walgreens pharmacy in Hudson, NY. Garrett especially goes out of his way to help, as do the rest of the pharmacy staff. But the pharmacy is perpetually understaffed. It is virtually impossible to get through on the phone for assistance. Customers are kept waiting and are often confused about their prescription orders. This creates stress and strain for both the pharmacy staff and the customers. Unfortunately, Walgreens itself is aware of the problem but appears to have little regard for customers they are supposed to serve. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years. If it wasn’t for the good efforts of the Hudson pharmacy staff, I would be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this pharmacy store/branch #17466, 173 Fairview, Hudson NY. 5 stars to Pharmacist, Renee, she’s really amazing, even if busy, she takes the time to inform me w/new meds & in a way I can understand. I so value the level of customer service as well, the entire pharmacy team, particularly from Garret, w/whom I often see. 5 stars for his amazing customer relations, even in the short time w/my switching to Walgreens, Garret, knows my name, wow, graciously greets all w/a smile, that I appreciate. He’s so professional, so thoughtful, so good natured. One can see, Pharmacist Renee, leads & manages Walgreens Pharmacy very well. For all of this & more, I switched to Walgreens Pharmacy from an equally large chain national pharmacy. It’s of great relief for me, I’ve a terminal illness, no more delays, or “not in stock,” I've had not one problem yet w/all latter overall med frustrations. Walgreens is consistent, & this exceptional team is a welcome relief!

The women at the pharmacy counter seem to try to compete with each other in two categories
#1 saying as few words
As possible
#2 making their faces as contorted as possible to convey to the customer that their bored and unhappy and part of it is because the customer showed up. It's a no soup for you attitude

I can't begin to tell you how unkind, unprofessional & terrible this Pharmacy is. The service providers/staff role their eyes at you, listen to conversations yet don't the information when it's wrong & snap at customers. I wouldn't recommend this Pharmacy.

Couldn't even get 1 prescription from this place. Took them 12+ days to fill it at which point they sent it back. What am I suppose to do about that? They said call doctor and send it again, so that can happen ? No thank you

THE WORST PHARMACY in Hudson. Nothing but problems. Went to another pharmacy and the problems disappeared.
