She took a look n went n found a screwdriver n placed it back on for me . Something I could have easily done but didn't have the tools myself at the time n did not want to continue driving without my front plate so thank u thank u thank you.”

He grabbed my car and spent a couple minutes on it and let me know the issues. Unfortunately he could not fit me into his schedule, he looks very popular, but he was happy to help. And he let me go without charging.
