Went to get dispose of used oil. They wouldn't take it. One guy said they we full and when I went back with another guy they had an empty tank but wouldn't take the oil

I do live near Autozone but my preference will always be the Advance Auto at West Hills, the staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable and that’s the reason why I continue to go there for all my car needs.

I called ahead for a part. Employee told me they had it in stock. Fifteen minutes later I arrive at the store, and I'm told that the item is in a different store location 20 minutes away. Thanks for wasting my time.

Love the staff over at the Huntington Station store on Jericho tpke Brian is always so helpful and so is the staff I forgot the girls name the works there but I needed brake pads and my model vehicle can take three different types of pads so I gave her the vin and she found it instantly and even put my name on box so it was waiting for me when I got it ?

I bought a battery and half way through the swap I realized it was the wrong one. I called the store and was waiting on hold. I hung up because I didn't want to wait. Two minutes later, I got a call from Brian at the store. He addressed my situation and put the correct battery aside for me. Thank Brian! Really appreciate it!

Lousy customer service. I'm from Iowa. A bolt fell off my caliper before we were to leave for home. So I needed tools as well. I bought wrenches and a C clamp. Then noticed a harbor freight on the way back to the hotel. Bought tools for half the price. Advanced wouldn't take their tools back for a refund. Even after they had given me the wrong part and I had to use an Uber to drive round trip back to their store for the correct part. I'd say I'd never shop here again, but since I'm from Iowa, that's redundant. Thanks for helping out stranded tourists lady.
(To the owner: I was able to return these items in Iowa. I understand that people may sometimes buy tools, use them, then try to return them. Especially in New York. But I tried to return them about ten minutes after purchase because the harbor freight was two minutes away. I was told no. Then when I had to take an Uber back because the rear caliper bolts were a different size than the front, $40 round trip, and I was never asked rear or front, I asked to talk to the manager about the return of the tools. She came out and without any communication or questions, just stood in front of me and stated, 'we don't give returns on tools, I saw you pick them out'. No questions about my situation or anything. But they knew I wasn't from there. For the record, I have $10k in tools at home. None with me. So I wanted to spend as little in tools as possible)

Good service but wrong mislabed spark plugs In the boxes . Glad I was careful and checked or I could have damaged my engine.
