My family have been customers of Star Car for years, but my most recent experience prompted me to write this review.
After a recent accident, my dad’s car was towed to a different auto body shop in the area. Upon “inspection” that shop determined that the vehicle should be totaled. We contacted Bobby at Star Car, who had the vehicle towed to his shop the following day for a second opinion.
Bobby determined that the vehicle was not totaled and was able to repair my Dad’s car cost effectively. Not only did he repair the vehicle, while he was driving the car to realign it, he noticed that the breaks were pulling and took it upon himself to further inspect it. He determined that both caliber’s on the front wheels were frozen and repaired them, making the vehicle completely safe.
All this to say, Bobby and the entire staff at Star Car consistently go above and beyond. I’ve always been happy with their work, but this time especially, it’s clear that their priority is with the customer, ensuring your vehicle is repaired safely and properly.

“I had an unfortunate incident and my Audi ended up with a dent/scratch that was bothering me. I was a bit nervous that a spot fix wouldn't look perfect, as it's very hard to color match paint from what I have seen. “I can’t say enough good things about Worldwide Auto Repair.
I had a tire blowout while on the road and quickly realized I didn’t have the proper jack or the specialty tools needed to change it. My truck has aftermarket wheels that require a special socket, so I was completely stuck.
I walked into Worldwide Auto Repair and was immediately greeted by the owner. After I explained my situation, he stopped what he was working on and came out to help me without hesitation. He spent a considerable amount of time locating the correct tools, getting my truck safely lifted, and changing the tire.
When he finished, I asked what I owed him. To my surprise, he simply smiled and said, “No charge. Don’t worry about it.” I insisted on paying him, but he politely refused.
I drove away truly grateful. Acts of kindness like this are rare these days, and this experience restored my faith in people. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
They have earned my trust and my future business. From now on, all of my vehicle repairs will be going to Worldwide Auto Repair.
