The whole Budget company is an unreliable joke. I reserved a moving van at this location 3 weeks in advance and received 3 confirmation emails reminding me that my van will be ready at my pickup time. When I get there the guy says to me "we don't have any vans or trucks at all, that reservation should have been cancelled a long time ago." He then tells me there is a U-Haul down the street and I should go there, literally sending me over to their competition. Didn't try to help me one bit or explain the situation at all or tell my why I was able to reserve a van there when they never had any to begin with. Do not go here.

Terrible Service, Renting out unsafe cars. I rented a Chevy Traverse with 64,000 miles yesterday and the front two tires were very bald and unsafe -- the car would not have passed a NY state inspection. When I returned the car today, and pointed out the bald tires, the mechanic or service rep there said "Well you should have pointed this out when you rented the car"! No Thank You for letting us know.... Bad Attitude DO NOT Rent from this location!!

Very unhelpful, would never rent from this location, All there cars needs maintenance, you are better off spending a few extra dollars and go to a better rental place over 82000 miles on a newer car that needs tires and brakes.. guess they don't care about the families that are driving

Tony is unbelievably helpful.I used to use Enterprise. After the way I was treated I will ONLY be using Budget because of Tony.!!!!!!!

Just terribly mis managed. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. They lied on drop off box location. Didn’t document my claims. Weren’t open when I drove back when they told me they were open from two separate people. I received different information confirming location hours/services. I can not believe this horrible experience I’m so appalled and disgusted.Please do not use this company. They have zero communication across systems and will say they have it handled. Only for you to find out they didn’t do anything for you.

Tony the store manager was very helpful and kind , addressed all my concerns and took care of me . Great experience will be back if I ever need a rental again .

My sister just went there today and the manager was so rude and nasty telling her and her disable husband there was no car mean while the lot was full of cars she complained that the car had some issues it's not functioning well and he still didn't want to do nothing about it please check them out they are located at 96 w. Jericho tpke in Huntington station alot of people are complaining

If you are able to, give your business to literally any other rental agency in the area. We rented a car here for only 24 hours, upon arriving to return the car just before 5 o'clock, there was no one at all there, despite the hours being listed until 5, and there is no drop box for keys. My husband called the corporate line and was able to speak to someone, HOWEVER, when he attempted to call the store again today to verify that they close out our bill, the person that he spoke to insisted that he was there and available until 5:10, and proceeded to call my husband (verbatim) "a fu***ng liar" and scream at him on the phone. Thankfully, we have call logs as well as google geolocation data from my cell phone to prove that he is indeed the liar.It was a last minute rental and we were very grateful to be accommodated, however that is hugely negated by the fact that a grown man is calling paying customers f****ng liars.
