Dealing with a collision or sideswipe repair claim can be distressful and frustrating. My experience with Caliber Collision in Huntington Station, however, turned what might have been a major headache into a professionally treated cure. Caliber Collision was named by the insurance company overseeing my vehicle damage claim as an approved body repair facility, although I was told I was free to take my vehicle to any repair shop to have the work performed.
After visiting Caliber Collision for an estimate and interacting with the sympathetic and professional staff there, I made the choice to have them perform the repair.
I am so glad I did. Caliber Collision eased the entire repair/restoration process. They arranged rental car pick up quickly and easily. They handled all coverage details with the insurance company. They sent frequent progress updates on the state of the repair work. They completed work on my damaged vehicle ahead of estimated schedule. And, best of all, the completed job looked amazing.
I hope I won’t find it necessary to deal with future collision repairs, but if I do, I know where I will take my vehicle to be made whole: Caliber Collision in Huntington Station, New York.

This is my 2nd experience using Caliber Collision this year. I called to schedule an appointment to bring in my car and met with Arfeen. He reassured me that everything would be repaired like new. They also kept me up to date on my entire repair status via text messages 3 times a week. Anthony and his staff are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind.
