Been here many times. They have always been helpful. Sometimes very busy, maybe a little understaffed but that's not really anyone's fault.

It was the worst Citi location I have ever been to in decades. People are clueless and slow as Molasses. The average wait time to see a consultant is an hour. Stay away from this location. I definitely miss my Glen Cove branch!
