Dr. Qadir‘s office is well run. The wait is always reasonable. Her exams are very thorough and she has more than once identified medical issues that needed attention. I highly recommend her.

I was scheduled for a physical appointment for today. I had called the office several times this week to find out if they take my CareCredit card one receptionist never called me back to let me know. I followed up the next day, and the receptionist told me to hold on, so she would check with the office and came back on the phone and said that they do take it. I fasted since my appointment was at 12 o’clock and on the day of my appointment 40 minutes before I was supposed to be there They called me to say that they did not take the card. I asked if I could be billed as I was expecting to pay with my care credit card. They said if I could not handle the full payment today, then I could not be seen. I have went here many times throughout the years and work in medical administration. I was appalled by the inefficiency of the staff and how difficult it was to get a simple answer. You should not call someone 40 minutes before their appointment to inform them that you do not take the payment. Will not return here.In response to the posting fromThe office:It was not explained in multiple conversations. I had to reach out to the office several times, and no one could give me a direct answer. The company was not called As the receptionist just tried to run my card while I was on the phone And said that you guys did not take it. That is totally acceptable and I understand if you do not take the form of payment that is totally fine. What is not fine, is half of the staff telling you take it half of the staff telling me you don’t and then calling me 40 minutes before the appointment is to begin to let me know that you don’t take the form of payment. I was not upset by this, as I can easily find a different provider that will take this card. I was upset by the staff, not even knowing what it is, Not checking when I had initially called last week, And not calling me early in the morning as opposed to 40 minutes before my appointment. Compassionate would be providing alternate sources of information for me, but instead, I was just told if I cannot provide full payment today that I would not be seen. When I had called last week, I actually informed the receptionist that I did not want to waste your time, and I did not want to take up an appointment slot for someone who may need it and They could For me. The receptionist said that she would check on it and then Never called back. Thank you for your response.

I gave 5 stars because a poor doctor has to eat too. She graduated from the Ross School of Medicine which is a community college like level. Her knowledge of medicine is that of a liberal arts student. She barely can pay down the office on Somerset.
