“The UBreakiFix associates were extremely helpful. I broke my screen and no longer had coverage through Apple care or Asurion to make the repair. The associate assisting a completing the Verizon verification with a temporary screen and providing pricing for out of pocket cost to repair the phone. Although the price was reasonable, making the investment in an older phone was not in my best interest. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience.

“Great place. I broke my screen on my phone. Opened claim with Asurion & was advised to go to uBreakiFix. Matt C was the best!! The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was very nice, helpful & understanding. He went above & beyond & was very knowledgeable. So appreciative, thank you!! Will highly recommend Matt & will go back again to Matt @ uBreakiFix if I ever need to again.
In addition to above. I had to return 5 months later as my phone would not show home screen or go on unless I got a call or notification. The on/off/restart button wouldn't work & My screen was blank. Went to see Matt after trying to Google & fix it myself. In less than 5 min he magically did his thing. The rep at the front desk gave it back to me & said it was a software issue. I didn't get his name but he was so nice & helpful too! Thanks again Matt for saving the day!!! Highly recommend Matt at Deer Park location. THANK YOU!!!!”
“I brought 2 phones here in the last several weeks and received excellent pricing and service. All repairs were done in time for me to grab lunch and come back. What I really appreciated was that the owner gave me several options upon request and was concerned about meeting my needs vs. making the most money on the repair. “Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos. The technician not only continuously turned the phone on and off for me but he went through and helped me manually airdrop thousands of photos which is what was most important to me and he had absolutely no obligation to do that much. After almost 4 hours of non stop doing that, I was going to come back the next day to continue since the phone has 22,000 photos and it is difficult in 3 minute intervals. When I arrived the second day I was told by the technician that he had worked continuously to find a fix and was able to find a way to fix the battery to keep it on long enough to do a full data transfer to my new phone and I was able to restore absolutely everything. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone involved, and let alone how ridiculously fair the pricing was. There is no where else I will be bringing my devices from now on. Absolutely amazing experience definitely recommend them. 100/100”

My Harman Kardon T65C turntable didn't fair as well, but not for a strong effort on Juan's part. I highly recommend SRW for the repair of vintage audio equipment.”
