I have alway been leery about buying cars online, especially used cars, but George K. made this process seamless. He was very helpful in the entire process. I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini. Car salesmen have bad reps with selling used cars, but George is DEF not one of those shady ones. Feel comfortable, and at ease when getting a car from him. I know I will be returning back to him for another vehicle.

This was my fifth mini cooper that i have leased from habberstad. Our salesman, Phillip couldn't have been more helpful. In this crazy time of the pandemic we were not sure how we were going to handle the end of one lease and choosing a new vehicle. we were allowed to test drive more than one car, basically because i wasnt sure if i wanted another sedan or a convertable. Phillip made my decision as easy as possible, even calling me at home to help possibly configuring a new car to my particular specifications. In the end i know i made the right choice, i got all the bells and whistles available, even ones i didnt need or necessarily want and at the price point that was more than reasonable. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mini and with Phillip! Thank you, Habberstad and Thank you , Phillip See you in three years for my 6th! This is me 6th mini, love it, love my experience with Philip as always, service is always a pleasure, I'm one year in with this mini and I'm very upset about the prospect of my next car not being a mini, I've been reading how this year is the last gas powered mini and I'm not going electric! So I'm extremely upset that in two years when my lease is up I might have to go elsewhere! MINI, if you're reading this, not everyone wants an electric car at this time when charging stations are few and far between. ! This is a new review for 2025, just got my 7th mini with the help of Charlie Klee, he was terrific to work with, I had a few complications with this lease but Charlie went above and beyond to help me out, and help my get into my new mini! It was a pleasure to work with him and I hope in three years I will be able to work with him again!

Somehow, every time I bring my car in to get serviced- whether it be routine inspection or something wrong- this place manages to break another part of my car. They charge me $3500 for a BATTERY REPLACEMENT last time, and I was told my breaks were in good condition- only for them to start crunching the second i left the property. Another $2000 for failed calipers. I get it back, and the front bumper is cracked. They break your car on purpose to get more money.

My experience at Habberstad MINI was swift and transparent, which I appreciated. Of course, there was some run-around - part of the profession- but the managers were solidly genuine and friendly- for the most part. One manager seemed peeved and bothered the second day I came in; Maybe he was stressed. In spite of this, they welcomed us without being overbearing and really let my parents and I find our footing. They did not convince us one way or the other.
In fact, I did my own research and looked up the stock number of the model I wanted: A 2026 bright racing green exterior 2-Door MINI Cooper Convertible C with beige interior. There was no need for me to consider any other car, at my parent’s initial dismay.
I would have liked if they initiated a test drive offer, which neither I, nor they, brought up, and so I drove for the first time the day I picked it up. The technology went unconsidered- so that was a con. I didn’t realize that despite not being electric, its basic operation was a computer on wheels. Your App is basically your key, and everything else.
The cons, like limited visibility when the convertible top is down, was never mentioned. Hopefully, I will become accustomed to it.
Special shout-out to Charles Klee IV, who was my initial contact, Justin, the finance manager who was very thoughtful and took a lot of time out to explain our different warranty plans, and never pushed anything on us, and George, who felt like an old friend and humanized the entire experience. Also, the “genius” specialist - Chris - who despite his 21 years, was knowledgeable and literally spent an hour with me downloading and navigating the app and technology features. He also accompanied me on my first test drive without fear despite my wariness driving and merging onto busy and winding roads.
I truly cannot wait to drive my new MINI Cooper C with comfort and ease- which will take time for this old-world-loyalist who only ever really drove the incredibly small FIAT 500 Pop.
