“The food is excellent, tastes great and is easy to prepare. Don't over think this, these meals do fill you. Everyone is different, I fast and only eat 2 meals a day. I am active and have been loosing about .3 - .5lbs a day. This option is better than fast food, just do it! Its a trial and error on the meals, make a list of what you like and only order those.
