Finally, a car repair shop that is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, and honest! After my car languished for a month at a different location (Jeep service on Park Avenue at Jericho Turnpike) where I was told the cost of the repair would exceed the entire value of the car, I took it to J&S. What a contrast! They quickly diagnosed my car’s problem and quoted a very fair price (a fraction of the price Jeep wanted to charge). J&S completed the repair in 3 days, and I am delighted with their work. They have won a new loyal customer; they will have all my car repair business—and that of my family and friends—from now on. Five stars!

I was referred here by the transmission shop across the street. I met with Jamie to discuss replacing all brakes and routers and when I got there and he explained all my options and the price range for each. I also had my inspection done as well. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I dropped off my Dodge Challenger the next day and the jobs were done within a couple hours. I could see the brand new brakes and routers and they had nice stopping power while driving. Thank you

I had been dealing with a noise in my car for about a month. Had taken it to other shops multiple times with no luck. One of those shop's mechanics recommended this place. They got me in right away and knew what was wrong and had it fixed the next morning. They certainly put more time and effort into solving my car's issue than the other places I went.

Called this place for an inspection and they asked me to stop by. They took my car in and claimed my car wouldn't pass inspection because of my windshield wipers. They were trying to sell me new windshield wipers for $55. Never heard of cars not passing because of wipers. My wipers are completely fine. Went down the block to another mechanic and my car passed with no issue. I Don't recommend this place to anyone because it appears they're hungry for money. Must be tough times. It's not about the money for me but the principle of the matter.

Let me start by saying as long as they are in business I will be a customer. I have been coming to J&S for many years and have never been disappointed with the level of service I receieve.It's hard to find people in the auto business that are honest but they are the exception. The owner Jaime is hardworking, fair and honest. He has never upcharged and his staff are all pleasant and helpful. Whenever I go, even if it has been years in between they always remember you. That kind of personal touch cannot be beat.The one time I did have an issue, Jaime immediately issued a refund with no questions asked and apologized.I would recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed
