I just wanted to give a shoutout to the three professional ladies who were working today 2/28 At around 2 pm!
I was in for the Dubai chocolate that just released and saw a pistachio version ; I was mistaken myself and thought that was the Dubai chocolate version and the team was honest about it and let me know that they have yet to receive that. I really appreciate that transparency and honestly as that really made me feel like they were customer first- and they gave me some alternatives store locations in which I can immediately satisfy my crave to try this new version!
In the end I still purchased some chocolate, cuz it’s Läderach!

My wife and I love the chocolate and visit many locations and spend hundreds each time we go. The Customer Service location at Huntington L.I. With one particular person that happened to be a young black girl had a severe attitude when I asked to taste one of the chocolate flavors. She then went on to tell me they normally don’t give out chocolate to taste before buying. her facial expressions were completely out of line. After spending $180 in chocolate, I thought that she was extremely rude when she told me this, I never was told that they don’t allow it. Very disappointed I will not visit the store ever again. I have since spoke to a regional manager, and they assured me they were going to take care of it. Outstanding customer service…!

Could not find the place it is in the mall.Delish, Delish and more Delish!Love love love the chocolate. Some of the best I ever had. Pricey but I don’t care! Service was excellent. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

An absolutely delicious, clean chocolatier. I have tried many chocolates, even did the lindt tour in Switzerland and this is by far one of the very best. In particular, their citrus and fruit infused dark chocolate's are amazing. I'm going back for the holidays to buy some

I was at the mall with my children (not for chocolate) when we met Kenny who welcomed us into the store. I can’t express how pleasant the encounter was, especially with my 3 little ones. They have a lot of variety, we tried some and purchasing so much chocolate. Although pricey, the chocolates are delicious + superb customer service. Due to his friendly hospitality, I thought he was the owner! Kenny is professional, personable and knowns how to bring customers in. I say this as a business owner, what a great employee.

Amazing chocolate and melts in your mouth. Reminded me of the brands you can get abroad but it is even better. Strong, tasty cocoa taste.
