A favorite place to shop and we love to visit the cafe for their delicious frozen yogurt. A must have after a long day of shopping.

Anytime I walk in, it is spotless, welcoming, and full of the newest inventory. I must say, my trips to Bloomies are for the pocketbooks but I like to browse too! Needless to say the store is worth the trip. Last but NOT least.. this is for you DOREEN!!! This woman helped my husband with purchasing my Valentine's day gift. Not only did he stress her out but she tolerated it!! (You go, girl!) He ranted and raved about her customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help so much that I had to make a visit. For once, my husband, was telling the truth. Haha. It was a pleasure meeting her and knowing that there are such great genuine people out there like her! (And yeaaa duh, I left with a bag too)

Wow. Everything in this store is made in China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, or another third world country. Clearly, the people that make these clothes make less than one percent of the cost. The product quality is horrendous, from stitching to fabric. The sales associates are disinterested and arrogant. What's their excuse?

They have the worst employees there. They need to take a course in customer service. Of course they are soo nice when you are making a purchase. God forbid you want to return an item that is unused and unopened and of course with proof of purchase.

This location is usually always pretty organized. Parking is typically never an issue. Hit or miss with the women who help check you out. Either they are very friendly or annoyed to help you. Friends and family discount are great if they apply to your item. Pretty good spot for dresses.

My experience dealing with the Huntington location was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I spoke to Caroline and Marie who were both very unhelpful and rude! I asked them if I could return a bag I purchased that I had the receipt for and they told me no because I did not have the tags and it looked damaged. I went on a Friday and was told to contact the manager Jen on Monday. When I called on Monday I was told she was off. When I called back on Tuesday I was told there is no manager named Jen that the managers name was Dawn. I spoke with Dawn who also wasn't helpful and told me if they wouldn't take it back when I came in there is nothing she could do. I've spent a lot of money in this store ESPECIALLY over the last few months. I then went to the Roosevelt field mall location where they were very pleasant and took the bag back with no problems. After my experience I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH THIS STORE ANYMORE.

I LOVE Bloomingdale's as a whole. Even though this review as 5 stars, that's for the store as a WHOLE. If I could give negative stars to the 3 women in the men's department I would. Buyer beware of the women working in the men's department. If there are only women there, go elsewhere to checkout. Don't deal with them. I walked into the men's department to buy my husband a shirt and shorts he wanted. Needless to say, I walked out of the store without buying anything thanks to the people in the men's department. So the store not only lost a sale because I went elsewhere, but the women in the men's department need some serious customer relations training. I'm an adult who's 10 or more feet away from you. Not near you or anyone else in a completely DEAD department store. (the store was dead around noon on Wednesday (August 5, 2020) Don't you dare tell me what to do. All three of them just stared me down, made rude comments and then were completely rude TELLING me, NOT asking me, to put my mask on. I was walking towards the mens clothing section and these 3 female employees at the register, stared me down, made a rude comment "Oh look there's another one", and the woman behind the register was rude in telling me, "Put your mask on AND cover your nose". I was taken back and stared her down for a few seconds. Like was she seriously just THAT RUDE to me? I complained to management about how incredibly rude they were. I'm NOT a complainer, but they were just so incredibly rude. I wasn't around anyone. I understand you're supposed to wear a mask inside stores. But it's NOT mandatory. It's a SUGGESTION. It's a GUIDELINE. The signs outside of the store don't say it's mandatory. I have no problem wearing the mask, but it's all a matter of how you say it. They were just nasty. And there's no reason to be rude or nasty esp not when you're the employee speaking to a customer. It was just uncalled for rudeness. FYI I have a problem breathing through the mask. So for me to take it off and take a breath of fresh air and have something to drink I am able to breathe! Plus, FYI, they're saying the masks make you sick because you're breathing in your own breath and germs all day and that's just as bad or worse for you. Other countries are NO LONGER doing this. It's not a big deal if you take the mask down to breath or drink. You cannot STOP me from drinking, no matter what, it doesn't matter where I am. I also had a baby with me, you're gonna tell me my baby has to wear a mask too? Is that the next step? I'm a customer, there's a way to say things politely. But you 100% do NOT stare customers down or make rude comments about them before you TELL them, not even ask them, to do something. That's just incredibly rude. Did you NOT think I could hear your rude comments? Did you NOT think I wouldn't speak with management about your POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS? I really think all three of those female employees NEED to go back to CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and LEARN how to speak to customers before they're put on the sales floor. They should have to take a customer service class every year to improve their skills and improve how they speak with and handle customers. If it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a job. If they're that worried about getting sick, maybe they shouldn't be working. If they're that worried about others taking a breath of fresh air and drinking in their presence, maybe they shouldn't be working. I'm sure ALL three of those women take their masks off periodically during the day ON THE SALES FLOOR to have a breath of fresh air and to have something to drink when NO ONE is around. I worked in retail for 11 years (from 2001-2012), and I would NEVER speak to a customer like that, nor would I ever make rude comments IN FRONT of the customer with them being in ear shot! Incredibly rude! Maybe they felt mor

I Went there to Buy a Item From Fine Jewelry But to be Honest . The Staff Was Not Friendly and Did Nothing To Me Me Feel Welcome or a Valued Customer . I Have Been Dealing With Clients for 30 Years . My God No Good Morning How Are You ? No Engagement in Any Way . It Makes No Sense That I Would Spend a Dime or Refer My Friends to a Store Where I Feel Unwelcome . After I Left Feeling Upset as These So Called Sales Persons Seemed to look Down On Me. I Then Went to a Local Dunkin Doughnuts for Coffee and The Woman Said ( How Are You ? ) I Was Beyond Grateful , Thanked Her and Shared What Had Just Happened at The Bloomingdales in Huntington . Word To The Wise - Lose The Attitudes and Try Making a Customer Feel Welcome No Wonder The Store was So Empty . Never Again . Lesson Learned

I was shopping in the basement for a coffee maker. A salesperson approaches me and she just wont shut up. I made my selection then she just wouldn't shut up trying to get me to open a credit card and make a charitable donation of some sort. I think she rang me up and I had not paid so I just walked away without my Nespresso. She was still talking to nobody about the benefit of opening a credit card. I think they hire loonies.

Refused to check me out for hundreds of dollars of merchandise at 900 pm on the dot because every register on the second floor was closed. I was running around with not shoes on shouting does any one have a register open?!? Seriously sad. I needed pieces for an interview and now I'll be shopping somewhere else forever. The most useless staff ever.

If I could give this store zero stars I would have. I placed an online order for a pair of shoes to be picked up in store. Since I worked all day I had my boyfriend pick the shoes up. Being in healthcare I cannot have my phone on me at all times. He went to the store and to his disgust they were selling the shoes to me completely worn, smell disgusting and scuff marks all over them. I will be returning them and will never set foot in another Bloomingdale's again. Better off at Nordstrom or SAKS where they value their costumers. The picture hardly does it justice.

The wall of a dressing room on the second floor in denims has disgusting smudges that look like something that belongs to a nasal cavity and some look like blood. We have come on numerous occasions hoping someone will clean. Unfortunately not so. Adding a photo.
