The service tech called and pre-asked the questions he needed to know, they showed up early as I requested, and they finished the job very quickly and efficiently. They were both excellent!!!! I am so glad I got this policy!

Brought a laptop in since the casing cracked and the screen got separated from the hinges (everything still worked fine). They gave me a fair quote and were able to reattach the screen. They ask me to open it to make sure everything was good and the screen wouldn’t even turn on, and when further looking at it I can see that my computer was missing several screws and the casing was already starting to come apart in certain places again. They then tell me to come back in 24 hours since the technician who worked on it was not in to fix it. I come in later that day and everything seemed ok with the screen however when I bring up the fact that the casing is breaking again they tell me to “open my laptop slowly”. I had not touched the computer in at least a week and go to turn it on only to have the screen not work again. Now that Im in the area again I try and go in to get it fixed only to see that the store isn’t even open right now even though it says it’s open from 12-5 (currently 12:40). Don’t come here to this location I definitely do not recommend!!!!
Update 11/8/24: came in to get my laptop as I’m about to leave the country only for them to still not have fixed the computer and were ordering parts and about to do services that were not originally covered by them. I took my laptop back in worse shape than when I dropped it off originally. I recommend you get any form of documentation you can and honestly probably record everything as well. Again do not recommend this place. I will be reporting them to better business

I Do NOT RECOMMEND uBreakiFix in Huntington! I took my Samsung S23 Ultra in for a screen repair and paid $384.89. Less than two months later, the screen failed in the same spot. The staff treated me like a liar, denying any responsibility. They won't honor the warranty, so I've lost my money. They claim to be authorized by Samsung, but they don't deliver on anything. Avoid this place!

Job not done even after 10 days. Only one message left to call back / when I called no update available. Took back my laptop and had to buy a new one. Never back here

My cell phone's screen shut up and broke, I took it to fix it, they changed the display and the screen and they gave me a 3-month warranty, after a month and a half the screen stopped working without receiving any blow and stopped working right at the same point where it had initially broken. In the store they say that it does not cover the warranty because there was physical damage when the screen is intact. They are not reliable, don't use this place. I didn't drop it, it was just a bad arrangement. Terrible service

The technician was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. However, we had scheduled repairs for Wednesday and no one called or showed up. we rescheduled the repair for 11am Friday and technician did not arrive until 245pm. with no calls or anything. When I called Asurion to find out what was going on the customer service representative was not helpful at all. It is a shame this company used to be so good.

The people were personable to speak with and knew from looking at my ipod what happened.
The repair was done quickly and it works perfect.
Definitely would recommend.
Note Apple said it could not be fixed.
