She'll replace parts that have no problem just to make a better profit from every client without your approval. If you are trying to get a hold of her she'll ghost your calls. Save time, save money and protect your car. Your car will not be in good hands with these people.

I brought my 1992 Chrysler Lebaron convertible for electrical work. I only had high beams and no left blinker. They kept the car for 3 weeks promising they can fix it. I was lied to by the head mechanic and Manager Antonete over and over. I was told to pick up the car and the low beams were working but they wanted me to bring the car back 2 weeks later to allegedly complete the work when the electrician they use was taking days off from his other job. The electrician called me reassuring me he will make it right. When I picked up the car, I not only didn't have low beams but had several problems it didn't have before. The inside seat belt alarm did not stop problem I never had before. They had me purchase a whole new blinker switch for $274 not only didn't help but right hands blinker does not click off when the old one did. I always used my lighter plug to charge my phone they screwed that up to. They replaced the key ignition without asking my permission complete waste being nothing was corrected properly, and they had the car for 3 weeks for God's sake. They charged me $441 for not anything but giving me additional problems, I didn't have when I brought it there. Again, the Electrician called me confirmed he will fix everything that Monday after Thanksgiving. When I called that Wednesday to confirm they said I didn't have an appointment. They completely lied stole my money they refused to give back and are very dishonest making empty promises and giving the runaround. Buyer beware they are crooks and liars! I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau.Service: Electrical repair

Company took my call, multiple drivers came to assist me they both gave contrary diagnosis and after 5 hours of waiting they decided to cancel the service. If you value your time call another towing company.

The worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic! I got a flat tire around midnight.. already a frustrating situation. Triple A towed my car to A1 Car Care in Huntington, I followed the two truck to the site just to be safe.. everything was fine at drop off. I dropped the keys off, everything was good. This is important for later. I call early the next morning letting them know it was my car, just need a new tire because the flat was bad. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to yell at me that the tow dropped the car in front of the gate, so when her guys came at 5am to start work, they couldnt get in the building to get my car keys to move it and could not work.. as if this was my fault? She said I have to call you back. Called back 4 hours later and gave me the approximate and it would be ready by later that day. I worked until after their hours, so I asked if it was okay if I picked up tomorrow she said OK, I ask what time they close she says 5:00. again, important for later. I go the next day as soon as I could, I show up at 4:20 the doors are locked and lights are off. They close at 5! I call and she says "they'll be there soon" The driver shows up after 5:00 - it's been 40 minutes, making my boyfriend late for work. We go to do the transaction, already pissed, they don't accept Bethpage Federal Credit Union cards because they use the Square for transactions - luckily my boyfriend could charge his Chase card.. so that was another annoying thing. The driver who went to retrieve my car asks me, "what kind of accident were you in?" I say "none.. I hut a curb." He said "hitting a curb knocked off your mirror?" .. i'm sorry.. WHAT? NO? I open my car door and my passenger side mirror is SITTING ON MY PASSENGER SEAT!! Not only does this mean that someone hit the mirror off, it means the acknowledged that they did it... and left it in my car. and didn't tell me anything about in the multiple conversations on the phone I had with them. Since it was now past 5:00, I was going to call in the morning. After a conversation, they were able to order a new mirror and install it - a black mirror casing to a silver car. I didn't even care I wanted to get the hell out of there! ((Side note-- they were youtubing a video on how to take a mirror out of it's casing in front of me.... a little embarrassing)) Although they were willing to do this for me.. I am still so unbelievably irritated that a flat tire turned into all of this.

Had my car towed to them from job. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my car. I would definitely will be bringing my car back here if ever anything else happens. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

My car overheated and I called AAA to have it towed. The car was brought to the shop and diagnosed with a cracked engine block, a very scary prospect. I had purchased this older (almost 10 years old) car last year without an extended warranty. Antoinette at A-1 was very helpful. She said that there was a possibility that it could be covered on the power train warranty. I checked with Honda and I was very lucky that Honda covered a brand new engine free of charge. I wouldn't have thought of a power train warranty on a used car and if it hadn't been for Antoinette I would be out a LOT of money. I can't thank Antoinette and A-1 enough! I would strongly recommend A-1 Car Care!
