These people are annoying and obnoxious. At least twice a month I get the same exact letter in the mail from them about their tax grievance service. Hey bozos, if I wanted your service I'd seek you out and get in touch. This isn't the Stone Age. Your constant mailers are very annoying. And judging from your google reviews, you are not even good at what you do anyway...

Attempted to charge me for services after no reduction in taxes, despite their claims that you only pay if they win....in the middle of the covid pandemic. Absolutely disgusted by this business practice.

Attempted to Bill me for “services”, despite not winning the case, and no reduction in taxes. They claim it’s risk free, and you only pay them if they win the case. Dishonest, fraudulent business practice. I should’ve checked the Better Business Bureau before using them. C- rating, and not BBB accredited, and there is another complaint on there for the same scenario. Go elsewhere for your tax reduction services.

I used AITG when I bought my home in early 2018, when my reduction was denied they resubmitted the following year and never let me know the results. Now another tax year has gone by and I've missed the deadline bc of the lack of professionalism of this company. Unacceptable. No email, no call, no letter in the mail. Unfair to me.

I tried grieving my own taxes, did all of my homework and still ended up having trouble getting it done. Last year I signed up to have All Island grieve for us - nothing for me to do and grievance went through with a nice reduction. Wish I did that the first try - I'd be ahead by a few thousand dollars by now!
