Branch manager Elan P. could not care less about customer needs and has absolutely no regard for small business owners or their time. Will tell a customer to their face that she would rather see them close their accounts before giving two minutes of her time to care for their concerns or address their needs. Worst experience I’ve ever come upon from a financial institution in my 18 years of business, and downright ludicrous coming from the largest credit union in NY. Branch manager’s termination was formally requested in writing as this person would greatly benefit from going to charm school before embarking upon a career path in which she is required to work with the public.

Andrew in the Huntington Branch is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered . He always greats us with a smile and is willing to take time to explain everything. My son opened his first bank account and Andrew was thorough without treating him like he was a child.

Awful financial institution that treats their customers like they are lying fraudsters. Claims and fraud personnel talk down to clients and mock them for being scammed and then believe the scammers over the clientele when clientele make a claim. Avoid this institution and their despicable personnel at all cost.

I paused at the door because of the appointments-only sign, but they waved me in and were able to set me up with someone thankfully. The staff I interacted with were incredibly welcoming and professional. Their service made me feel more comfortable and reassured than most other banks I've visited.

Worst ATM around. If i could give a quarter of a star i would. Their ATM only works on the 5th Thursday of every month. There is always an issue with the ATM, it can be no receipts, only deposit or not working at all. II may start just collecting their ATM excuses. on the weekend of the 29th, their ATM said "working but no receipts" but they forgot that withdrawals aren't allowed.!

I’ve been banking at this branch for several years and was always happy with the service. However since the COVID virus hit, I’m ready to bring my business elsewhere. After 5 months they are still not allowing walk-ins. Only one drive through teller. The usual wait is anywhere from a half hour to one and a half hours. This is totally unacceptable. The ATM is down more than it’s up. Bethpage needs to step it up before they lose another customer.

How ironic that both locations (Melville & Huntington) ATMs are "out of order" or you can't get ALL of the options. Every week. LITERALLY. Maybe it's time to upgrade your machines so that every week when I attempt to deposit money I don't have issues with doing that.... just a suggestion .
