I expect to not be met with an attitude when I'm purchasing expensive chocolates .. for that reason alone I wouldn't return.

I am in my mid 70's. I have been going to Bon Bons Chocolatier for more than half my life. You can't help feeling like " a kid in a candy shop" Every time I visit I feel elated , leave with a huge smile on my face and I don't even have a sweet tooth.

I keep thinking about my last trip here. I used to love coming in because not only are the food products good, I've always loved their decorations.However, the last time I was here I was very turned off from ever coming here again. As I was checking out, the staff member helping me was very rude and patronizing to one of the other employees working behind the counter. She was nice to my face, and then when she spoke to her employee (here I'm assuming it was a manager/employee situation because of the questions being asked and the tasks being handed out) she was rude and her tone was awful. I wish I would've said something at the time, but it was an extremely awkward situation! I couldn't believe how she was treating her employee in front of the entire store. I have been in the employee's shoes before, and if I had been spoken to that way, I would've been very upset.It definitely seemed like the she was trying to teach her employee a lesson by embarrassing her in front of everyone who was there, and I just think that is wrong. No one deserves to be spoken to that way.I won't be coming back, and it's because Bon Bons doesn't seem to treat their employees with any sort of respect or basic decency.

If you're a big fan of chocolate, like me, you simply must visit this shop! From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with the rich aroma of chocolate and displays of truffles, bars, and other chocolate treats, that you won't be able to resist.

Best chocolate hands down. When you walk into the store it smells HEAVENLY! So intoxicating. No chocolatier can compare in my opinion. My brother gave Bon Bons chocolate pretzels to every guest leaving his baby shower and WOW - best gift ever. Love this place!!!!!!!

I went to store today with a toddler . 4/4/23 . I was waiting online . Just to pay 3 items . People were taking all the time in the world . And just because I ask the owner if I can pay for a chocolate that my little one bitted . In order for me to leave as the waiting was ridiculous. She had a very rude , nasty attitude .So much for costumer service and appreciation for your costumers . I will never go there again . There is no need to be so condescending and nasty to people that are buying and supporting your business.

I made my last trip to the Bon Bon Chocolatier a few days ago. I stopped in for Valentines candy as I have for years. Valentines, Christmas, Easter and other holidays. I doubt I will ever go back again. The mini chocolate hearts are no better than a Hershey’s bar, same texture same bitter after taste. The sea salt caramels were like eating rocks. Tough, tough as cheap steak. What a waste of money.

Growing up, this place was always a treat. Now I can go whenever I want and the best part is they still have a ton of stuff from when I was young that I really liked. Pretty big for a candy store, and very clean. Definitely a fav favorite with everyone from Huntington as well. Well lit and amazing chocolate. Great time for everyone and a must visit if you're just passing through.
