I usually don't leave reviews but this one is a must for someone who truly cares for his clients - MR. NAVKAIT SINGH BAINS. He helped me with my mom's car insurance policy and he was very patient and sweet. Not only did he provide us with the best quote, he also followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction. I want to start my review by saying that Chris is THE BEST! I would’ve never been able to fix the errors that were made by a different department when submitting the rental agreement after I lost my car due to theft. Errors that were obligating me to pay out of pocket and also prohibiting me from keeping the rental for a fair amount of time as entitled to do so under a full coverage policy. After many hours and days of going through the back and forth with different departments he was able to help rectify the problem providing me with the best outcome possible. His persistence to help and find a solution was unwavering. So I will end my review by saying that I’m extremely grateful and could not be happier with the quick service he rendered in this unpleasant situation. I’ve been a loyal customer with him as my agent for almost 7 years and he never fails me. Amazing employees you have State Farm but Christopher Stewart is the best!

Worst agent I've ever had. He is deceitful, untrusting, and conceited. Highly suggest looking at the other offices in the area. His office hours are also absolutely ridiculous and he demands we come in to do certain things, I had to leave work 2 hours early to get back to Huntington just for him to tell me that "they must have just changed the system and I guess you don't need to sign for it anymore". How is anyone expected to believe you run a whole office but continuously can't keep up with what State Farm is supposed to have you do? But that's ok I expected something ridiculous to happen and I'm just glad to have signed off all my insurance plans with you. After driving for 15 years I've never had an agent give me as many headaches as you and just straight up lie to people with a straight expression like you do.

I was looking forward to having Chris as an agent because of all these wonderful reviews. His office hours are ridiculously inconvenient and also when it is open he hardly ever answers the phone himself and when he has answered and I’ve needed his help he either throws me to another random agent that doesn’t know my things at all to try to assist, the few times he wasn’t to busy to take the time to help his own customer he literally messed up our paperwork and my bill was way more than what it was supposed to be it took a month to get that fixed as well and get the money back, multiple times now while being broken down waiting for a tow I was left absolutely stranded without a tow because they would promise it and say it’s on its way and never show up and Chris was no where to be contacted as well. Someone wrote a review saying she was stuck and chris personally came out and helped her, I’m not expecting him to bend over backwards to do stuff but the times I contacted him for help were a sad excuse of “trying to help” and i really wouldn’t call it that. Disappointed is an understatement and I have to assume his family and friends wrote some of his reviews for him. If you do use him I hope you have better experience than I did. I am now offically switched to a new agent (which was difficult to do because other agents were afraid to “take his business” but I gently explained he lost that on his own from me)
