Pharmacy hours aren't great, they open too late for me to go before work at 9 and they close early by 7/8 every day. But the pharmacists are wonderful and so caring and informative. Hate that you can't get anyone on the phone anymore though. It's all automated.

Most of staff are fine, but very few stay for more than a year. Aspirin and other OTC meds are locked up, as if Halesye was a high-crime area, resulting in major inconveniences. Needs a big change in leadership at top levels.

My complaint is specific. It has become nearly impossible to call and speak with a pharmacist.
Isn’t this the most important role of a pharmacy? Yes.
Fine, sell toys and batteries and groceries. It’s convenient sometimes.
But, if I need to speak with a pharmacist, it should be quick and simple !!

Make a very long story short. They charged my credit twice . Walked in today with bank statement to show proof. And that freak. I think his name is Doug. Not sure. Tall long greasy hair never smiles. Told me there is nothing they can go. Call headquarters or go to your bank. I wasn't going to sit n argue. This is my first day off in 10 days not going let this freak ruin it. I will have my bank handle it.

Our Huntington, NY pharmacy closes between 1:30 & 2 for lunch which I understand, however if someone arrives prior to 1:30 and a transaction is begun I think it's proper to complete the transaction. Today after waiting in a long line, at 1:25 pm "Jenna" began helping me w my order but when she found out that I wanted to apply a coupon she told me I needed to return after 2 because it would take too long to process the order. She was arrogant and not helpful.

The CVS in Halesite is great! I went there the other day and the cosmetic girl Ian did such a good job helping me find what I wanted. I was so happy because I didn’t feel like looking around and she found just what I needed quick. Also Teresa and Deirdre in the pharmacy are exceptional! They always go above and beyond their job to try to help you. That is great to have people there that are really nice and help, so I give this CVS five stars.

I saw that they had something in store online. Drove all the way there to get it. 2 floor people bare spoke English. The one that did tried to help but he was new. The item that online said they had was not locatible in the store. And there was no manager avalible to help.Corporate needs to audit this store.

Today I lost my complete prescription with the exception of 5 pills because the top of the bottles are almost glued in. This is not the first time this has happened. If CVS is so worried about their prescriptions they shoule make the lids easier to remove. I am going to anothert drug store because I cannotg afford losing all these pills every time I try to open up the bottle. The customer is not being considered in this aspect of their businessGood Bye CVS, I would like to add that your prices are outrageous.
