Unprofessional pharmacist Suzanne. At 805 pm would not let me pick up script even though there were 5 people behind the counter and script was ready. And no one in line. Told me to call the 24 hour pharmacy to get the scripts. Really rude!! While I am standing there at 805 pm. Really poor customer service. She said they close at 8 pm. Ridiculous, won’t go here again. North shore pharmacy is around the corner and they would never do that….this cvd lost my business for sure!!

The manager of this pharmacy is an allstar ! - Huntington Hospital Royally screwed up sending my prescriptions to pharmacy. She made MULTIPLE calls to ER to get the job done for me (4 tries with hospital staff ) -she got my meds and was a true professional -A+++

This CVS is not busy but pharmacy is short staff. Although professional, the staff is a bit cold and very impersonal. It took me half an hour to get my shot, even tho I had made an appointment. Why should one walk in to make an appointment and they don’t do it over the phone ??!Needs better management.

Today I lost my complete prescription with the exception of 5 pills because the top of the bottles are almost glued in. This is not the first time this has happened. If CVS is so worried about their prescriptions they shoule make the lids easier to remove. I am going to anothert drug store because I cannotg afford losing all these pills every time I try to open up the bottle. The customer is not being considered in this aspect of their businessGood Bye CVS, I would like to add that your prices are outrageous.

Store is clean, well stocked shelves and staff is helpful when asked. I feel for people in retail, alot has happened since the pandemic. Not as many people working but are still scrutinized for the lack of help by customers, working in retail is not easy.Cheers ✌

Everything is in stock, if you need help with anything there is always people. Pharmacy and front store have such an amazing team. I love this place

it use to be a great store but in the last couple of years its a mess. I try and go to rite aid if I can, but this is so close to home. they are never stocked,,, and the tall guy with the long dark greasy hair is so rude you can't ask him anything without him ready to bite your head off. I was there one day on line and the cashier was so backed up she kept asking for help and that big idiot just walked away. " not my Job" she yelled F--k you all and stormed out. I love the women who works the pharmacy, I wish I can remember her name she has been there years. One time I needed something she tried to get it for me and couldn't she actually went to another store called me and told me she got it. and at least 1 day a week allow someone to be outside trying to get you to donate money to one thing or another, also very annoying. I don't need to be met to feel like crap because I don't want to give to this or that, everyone as something they believe in but the truth is lots of people today are having a hard time they don't need to feel more like crap because they can't give to the ASPCA.

If you're not white or paying with cash do not come to this location. Lara at the pharmacy needs to learn customer service. She started cashing me when I gave her my insurance card she said let me put it in. She brought me back my card and then was answering the phones and then proceeded to attend to someone at the drive up window. I had to ask the young man what was happening he apologized for her. I just can't believe this woman left me standing there with not even a word being said. First and last time I go to this location.
