This is by far the best rental company and location I’ve ever dealt with. The entire staff is professional and kind and I’d never go anywhere else. Never had any issues and I’d refer anyone I know to rent at this office. I love the people at this location!

We were at the Huntington Station branch today right before they opened.The Ford SUV we got was filthy with debris on the seats, human hair, smudge marks, the step was filthy, the windows and window shield also filthy.Even if this is the first time we get a dirty vehicle, it shouldn't happen. Period.We are still in a pandemic and could be exposed to COVID19 and God knows what else in that car!Very, very disappointed.Otherwise, customer service is fine but 'nice' does not keep us from potentially being exposed to COVID19!I hope we don't catch the virus or get an asthma attack from the debris.Looking forward to a positive resolution.Worried on Long Island,Alicia

The booking, pick up and drop off process was smooth and uneventful.Staff were helpful and prompt and there was no hard up sell for optional insurance and other services. The actual cost was the same as the estimate - not hidden charges etc.The online experience for reservations is intuitive and well integrated with the local store (we needed the rate changed and the local store was able to do it quickly).I deducted one star because the car wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be - the windows were a little dirty inside and out and some spots were unclean. I took it to a local car wash after pick up.Overall, would rent from them again.

Terrible experience with this enterprise location atleast. I reserved for 1 day which was a bill receipt of 217.92$. I dropped the car of in the key box and got charged the weekend because they were closed????? Lol what?? I got charged like 650$ Btw. I go back to the location and the “so-called” assistant manager Jonathan said the best he could offer me is a tank of gas, that he can’t do nothing about it.lmao a tank of gas for a 400$ up charge?? Yea ok. This happened towards the end of October it’s now April. I called about 4 times and they always promise to get back with me. Honestly getting tired of this b.s. NEVER taking my business again with these people

Absolutely horrible! Enterprise, especially this location have turned into thieves. I used to rent often from this location and had no issues. Any time there had been an issue it was immediately taken care of. I rented a minivan on Friday evening to take a family trip to PA. I drove the van home parked it and started to load it up. When I started the van I saw all the lights you see on the instrument panel. At that time the location had been closed. We had to leave since we had reservations so we had to take 2 cars. I tried calling numerous times Saturday to inform them of the situation but could never get through to a manager, or got the run around saying oh they will call back. I even tried calling on Monday when it was due back. Come Monday evening I was supposed to return the car around 530. After arriving back I tried starting the van and it would immediately shut off. I finally got it running and drove it straight to the location. It was after hours so they were closed so I just dropped the keys off. To my surprise the next day they had already charged me an extra day on top of the rental price. I finally got through to someone and John tells me there is nothing we can do. It is cut and dry. So you are telling me I paid for a car I couldn't use, and on top of that they charge me an extra day? Literally crooks here. I attached my rental agreement and the cluster pic to show that I am not lying when I say I only drove 4 miles. Long Island is not that big of an area, and I will make sure whoever I speak to hears about my experience with Enterprise. STAY AWAY!

Should have read the reviews before going there. I don’t know what’s going on with Enterprise, but they surely don’t treat you like family anymore, and that’s what they always boast about. They are cut throat and very corporate. At least this location is. Rented a small SUV and my original bill went from $260 something to almost $400. Sounds like something a crook would do.

Enterprise in Huntington was such a great experience and very helpful with me buying a car from them. Russell James went beyond what was Expected from him to get me the car I needed and in a very timely fashion. I couldn’t be more pleased and Grateful for his help. Definitely a great place to buy a car and at a very good price. Thank you again Russell. You are the man.

I always rent from Enterprise. Best price, clean, reliable cars, & A++ customer service. This branch is no exception to that. They provided me with a rental while my car was in the shop. Above & beyond to be helpful. From picking me up @ the shop, to letting me trade my rental car after I realized the truck I had was a bit too large for comfort. And the gentleman that helped me really did the right thing to help ensure he saved me as much money as possible. Highly recommend enterprise & this branch!

I had an incredibly comfortable experience looking to buy a car through Enterprise, especially with working with Connor Oglesby. Although I did not end up needing to buy a car, I never felt any pressure and it felt like a very personalized experience. I would highly recommend anyone, including my family, to consider Enterprise during their buying experience. I look forward to keeping in contact with Connor for future purchases.

Honestly the people that run this dealership do not care about the customer after they make the sale. You cannot get in touch with anyone by phone or email. The moment they have your money they don't care. Truthfully even though I love my car the salespeople care so little that it makes me want to return my car, within the 7 day no penalty period, and get the same car with a different company just to show that actions really matter. I will not recommend this company I'm sure there is better
