Knowledge, honesty, and very fair with hours. Don't take your european car to any shop. They claim to have knowledge that only a few have!

Best shop in I've ever been serviced at. Best shop in town by far. These guys know cars. I have a range and and S5. Wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else.
