After an unfortunate experience with a previous jeweler, My husband and I came to JEM Logics to have two pairs of earrings evaluated. Matthew took his time to inspect both sets of earrings meticulously, down to the small diamonds that make up the halo.He was able to provide us with jewelry identification reports for our records. Matthew is experienced, well-educated on gems, and was kind and patient through the whole process - answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend Matthew at Jem Logics for anyone looking to buy, or who need appraisals or peace of mind!

My daughter wanted to get her engagement ring appraised for insurance purposes, but she was leaving the same day that I contacted Matt. Even though he wasn’t scheduled to go in to the office that day, he still made the time to fit us in before her flight. My daughter was very excited to find out all of the information he gave us about her ring. He even cleaned it for her. We greatly appreciated the time and attention he gave us. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a jewelry appraiser!

Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. He was very communicative, punctual and precise. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he carefully studied each of my pieces for over an hour and has a great depth of knowledge. I highly recommend anyone needing appraisals of gems or other pieces of jewelry to give him a call. Totally worth your time!

After purchasing an engagement ring from a jeweler I wasn't happy with the appraisal I received and felt there was other avenues that make me feel more comfortable. Matt was incredible from the very beginning he listened to what my concerns were and really gave a wonderful experience and an even better appraisal that makes me feel comfortable about my purchase. He took plenty of time with me and explained to me at every step what it was that I actually purchased. From the engagement diamond itself to the hidden halo and even the diamonds on the pave setting he made sure to capture all of it in detail to create the appraisal. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone needing a proper appraisal. Cant wait to do business with them again! Wonderful service with a real passion for what they do and creating a great relationship with clients.
