I have gone here for years. While I agree with all the fantastic reviews, (it is clean, updated, great manicurists), I have been disappointed with the service I have received in the past few months. I always make my appointments ahead of time, I never walk in. I made one and I waited a half-hour. It was clear I wasn't going to get a pedicure anytime soon, so I left. I walked-in somewhere else and got a pedicure. Then I called on a Tuesday trying to get an appointment that same day in an hour from my call. They didn't have any openings. On a Tuesday? At 1 PM ? In June? I found ANOTHER salon and walked right in and got a pedicure. The last straw was I made an appointment for four days ahead, due to other circumstances I had to reschedule for the fifth day. I called and asked for the first appointment when they open at 10 AM. I got there at 10 and the place was dark. They didn't show up until 10:15. Three manicurists walked in and so did three other customers besides me. I did the math, and I left. Again, I walked right in to another salon and got a pedicure. This really is a great nail salon, there are more great reviews than the cranky one I am writing. Definitely go there, however, I am done with them.

I’ve been a loyal customer of La Mode Spa for years, and I can confidently say that it’s the best spa experience I’ve ever had! Whether it’s manicures, pedicures, or facials, the quality of service is always exceptional. Vivian, the owner, is truly amazing—her attention to detail and dedication to her clients is second to none. The spa is always clean, welcoming, and the entire team is professional and attentive. Every visit feels like a relaxing retreat. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great location. Easy to access and parking is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Diana is the sweetest! Love this place. It helps that the design/atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Relaxing environment. Wide variety of services to choose from.

Appointments are within the time set, no waiting, owner is very accommodating, the salon is spotless, workers are all licensed, beautifully decorated. Long Islanders if you need any type of salon services this is the place!!!Services: Pedicures

The staff here are always professional, friendly and accommodating. I stopped in really quickly during a lunch break and they were able to fit me in for mani-pedi on what looked like a busy day. I've been a few times now and have been happy with their service

Due to the pandemic, I hesitated going anywhere for a mani/pedi. The staff at La Mode alleviated any concerns I may have had. There are plexi-glass partitions at all stations, including pedicure tubs. It is obvious they take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. I felt 100% at ease and will definitely return soon. Thank you, Rosa for the best mani/pedi ever... and thank you Vivian, for taking all necessary precautions to keep your staff and customers safe.

I walked in off the street without an appointment while having my car serviced nearby and was happily received in this lovely small salon. I got a green tea pedicure and natural manicure that were absolutely gorgeous. Top marks for cleanliness and a relaxing vibe. If this were closer to home, I would come back monthly, but I will be back the next time I need to get my car serviced!
