This was my first visit to the Huntington LabCorp location. The office was conveniently situated in a building with ample parking. The staff was courteous and highly skilled. I had made an appointment, and when I arrived, I submitted my paperwork. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and they were able to draw my blood on the first try.

Terrible location. Blood was taken horribly. Staff is rude as well. I’d give 0 stars if I honestly could.

Hours incorrect, went to 2 locations. Note on door says open until 2:30. It is 2:15. No way to get through to anyone on the phone. Horrible service.

Front desk staff was extremely rude. No good morning, no hello, straight to “where is your lab work document”, I didn’t have it, because my doctor send it via email. She said “well next time bring it with you”. This was with an attitude. Unreal.

Terri is always fantastic drawing blood with just one pinch and having a pleasant demeanor as well. I don’t want to go anywhere else for lab work. Thank you!

Staff is extremely rude. I went for a drug screening for a new job and felt like I was being treated like I was a felon. The woman administering the test then refused to do the test for me and threw it in the trash when I asked her to please stop speaking to me the way she was and asked her to stop being rude. She proceeded to argue back and forth with me about whether or not her behavior towards me was negative. When I asked to speak with management she made a phone call but no one followed up with me. When I asked again she told me I could call a phone number posted on the wall but she would still not preform my test no matter what. Disgusting behavior from the moment I checked in, until the moment I left. Do not go to this location. If I could post this with zero stars I would.

My first time here for bloodwork and I had an absolutely outstanding experience. The staff got me in in less than 5 minutes and I had the results in 18 hours. They also took helped me sort out my insurance information which I was unsure of. Very nice people who go over and above, I will definitely be back, thanks again!

Had an appt for blood test today. I was called in early and treated with great respect. Terri is very caring and professional. Office is clean and well organized. Thank you for a good, anxiety free experience.

The tech running this place is very sweet; always kind and gentle with the needle. I wish they'd give her an assistant or something to help, but she is extremely efficient even by herself. The longest I've had to wait is maybe ten or fifteen minutes.

My family has been using this lab for years. The woman who works there ( Terri ) is usually there by herself and I have to tell you - she is unbelievably patient and kind. She gives you her total attention and is so gentle when taking blood. She is the best!!

Travelled from Nassau county 30 minutes and when I got there on time lady said sorry the “fingerprint lady called in sick, sorry reschedule “ they never pick up phone at all, only one person does everything. Unbelievable why is this company even doing this? Terrible

Today I'm having a morning appointment at labcorp at huntington location .I asked her how long we needs to be in waiting time at front office then the lady was like, "I don't know, you just have to wait ? if we doesn't have enough staff needs to hire more staff not like saying you just have to wait. waitt ...then why should we needs to make a online appointment .personally guys I don't recommend this location anymore..(waste of time)
