Jyoti convinced me to try eyebrow tinting and I’m obsessed! She did a beautiful job threading my eyebrows as well. My girls are also over the moon with their henna tattoos. Highly recommend!!

I went to this salon three weeks ago for a full face threading and a facial. The lady who gave me the facial never used steam and didn’t remove anything from my pores, and then told me she gave me ,without asking me, the most expensive organic facial for $120. This facial was just someone using scrub and some cream on my face for 20-30 minutes, then wiping it off. It did absolutely NOTHING for my face and I was even more annoyed to be charged so much ($120) when I was never given options for any facial. Facials here are terrible and expensive.

I came for full face threading. She did a decent job on my brows, but not the rest of my face. She went super quick and SO much hair left behind. She kept asking me to look and see where there is hair I pointed it out and she did a quick second thread there. I pointed out so many places. But after there was still so much hair. I don't know if she couldn't actually see the hair or she just didn't want to spend the time but I was absolutely not satisfied. I asked for waxing of my nose and she charged an extra 10 dollars. 10 dollars. For 2 wax strips for my nose. Is the nose not part of the face? No other salon ever charged me extra for nose. Oh, and my side burns. She asked if I wanted them to look natural and not cut them too short and i said yes. She threaded the bottom part and then cut my side burns straight with scissors. It did NOT look natural AT ALL and they were not even even on both sides. It looked absolutely ridiculous. I will never come back

Jyoti did miracles on my eyebrows today. Not only did she get my brows back by meticulously threading and tinting but she gave me the confidence boost I needed. This is my first threading experience that didn't hurt! I will be back. Thank you.
