“I went to Mitchells for a custom suit and they delivered the best suit I’ve ever owned. TJ was super helpful and took his time, helping me picking out the intricate little details. To top it off, they have the best tailor in NY.”
“Not knowing a lot about hemming and pressing fabric, I had tux pants altered somewhere else and they pressed incorrectly leaving the finished edge showing on the outside. Didn’t get the name of the man I talked to but he patiently explained that it would be a waste of money to have it redone, that I just need to steam and relax that area of the finished edge. Very polite and patient which is rare especially since I was not yet a paying customer. This place really knows their stuff and they are passionate about this genre of clothing. Going forward they will have my business when I need to purchase dress attire.”
