I was there with my two young children who were fighting and crying, and he kindly offered them balloons to help calm them down. “Not knowing a lot about hemming and pressing fabric, I had tux pants altered somewhere else and they pressed incorrectly leaving the finished edge showing on the outside. Didn’t get the name of the man I talked to but he patiently explained that it would be a waste of money to have it redone, that I just need to steam and relax that area of the finished edge. Very polite and patient which is rare especially since I was not yet a paying customer. This place really knows their stuff and they are passionate about this genre of clothing. Going forward they will have my business when I need to purchase dress attire.”
