From the start our salesman Jaden was very nice , asked all the right questions in regards to what we were looking for and and showing us the vehicles that fit our needs. Service from start to finish was great. We will comeback when it is time purchased another vehicle and see Jaden.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tucker Elliot at Huntington Subaru, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Tucker was incredibly helpful and kind. He offered insightful advice tailored to our needs without any hint of pushiness. His approach was genuine and customer-focused, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Not to mention, he gave us a few valuable life lessons & he was very funny. :) He truly went above and beyond, ensuring we felt informed and comfortable with our decision. He only wanted the best for us and our future with the vehicle & that is rare in a salesman! If you’re in the market for a new or used car, Tucker is your go-to guy. Poor communication, typical dealership nonsense. I inquired about a non-Subaru pre-owned vehicle they had and made it clear I wanted to know of any issues up front as I was nearly 2 hours away. After a few vague responses we set up a "VIP" appointment with the internet sales person's "manager". I confirmed the appointment and still got several annoying automated email reminders, drove 2 hours to see the car and potentially buy it same day. Arrived and of course got directed to someone completely unfamiliar with the appointment or car. He looked up the vehicle and they sold it an hour before I left my house. Wasted 5 hours for nothing, no notification that the car was sold prior to me arriving.

Came all the way from Vermont to purchase a vehicle. We had an appointment, texted, called and emailed to confirm multiple times to find out at the appointment that the car had already been sold to someone else. Terrible communication, we're left scrambling to find a way home. Will never be coming back and do not recommend you visiting- there are plenty of other options in the area.
