“Dia was amazing !! Needed a store close to my location and this one had great reviews.
I'm very jaded when it comes to Verizon and its customer support but Dia changed all that.
She was kind, courteous and excellent at her job and I walked out with two brand new phones and saved about $10 a month.
Even though this is not close to my house, this will be my go to place for any Verizon wireless issues

I had just walked out of Verizon from across the street with an awful experience and almost gave up on trying to get a new phone.
