“My son dropped his phone and cracked the screen really badly. He went to Cellairis in Walmart late in the afternoon. Unfortunately they didn't have his screen but the ordered it and had it in the very next morning. He left the phone with them and went back the next morning at 10 am and the phone was ready to pick up just like they said it would be! The $250 hurts the wallet (it was an S21), but the staff was outstanding and we got it fixed quick. We'd definitely go back, but hopefully won't have to!”

“Both Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us switch over to Verizon- we had countless hours of horrible representatives on the phone with Verizon wireless customer support - and Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us. The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Really they put in a big effort!The manger is knowledgeable and quick to fix any kind of phone set up issues- and Omar spent days and hours helping us switch over to Verizon. Both employees were kind, calm and very helpful.(If only Verizon wireless trained their tell sales agents the same!)”
