Montauk Salt Cave West is a wellness destination for healing, resting, and relaxation specializing in salt therapy. The cave is fabulous with thick pink Himalayan salt lining the walls. The calming and detoxifying effects are felt by simply breathing, helping with breathing issues, allergies, and skin. It is very effective for cleared sinuses, reduced stress and headaches, increased energy, and better sleep. The experience is very relaxing, helps detach from a busy day, and allows visitors to completely disconnect. The staff is always helpful and kind. The business also has a unique boutique shop filled with salt lamps, salt products, spa, and wellness items. It is an amazing and unforgettable experience, well worth it and highly recommended.

Bought a salt cave package for two from Groupon. My aunt and I went this morning and it was above and beyond what I expected. Definitely helped my sinuses and my body felt so relaxed. Will definitely be coming back!
