Fantastic store and well stocked. Staff is extremely helpful and polite.Overall, prices are higher than Shoprite which is disappointing.

It was my 3 year anniversary with my wife and went to this Stop & Shop looking for a floral arrangement not having a clue as to what I should get her and I was assisted by Nicole Acevedo. Nicole was patient and understanding about my situation. She helped me pick the arrangement I should get my wife because I truly had no clue!!! My wife could not believe how good of a job I had done and of course....I did not tell her I had nothing to do with it....LMBO!!!!! THANK YOU NICOLE for making me look like the most AMAZING husband on the planet!!!!! If you are looking for a floral arrangement for any occasion, be sure to come here and ask for Nicole Acevedo and be amazed!!!!!

I'm going to say a prayer for Lillian tonight that she find God and put a smile on her face and be nice to people. Being defensive at a customer with a digital coupon issue may not be your problem per say but your job is to help. Stop N Shop you need to do better with your app because this happens alot. Your store is poorly stocked and your sales are misleading. Lillian was the sour puss that ruined my shopping here. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This is one the worst locations of Stop & Shop I've been going to because it's close to my house. The customer service department is the absolute worst. I usually go here to use Western Union to send to various family members but everytime I go the one person that can help you is somewhere walking around the store or on break. I mean every single time I come she's nowhere to be found and not even the manager who stands in for her while she gone can get into the system which I think is a bunch of crap. I think the female manager is just lazy or she doesn't like to help people. She's always on her phone talking and it's a huge turn off. They're not pleasant, most of the staff have attitudes and it's just horrible. Lately I've been going to ShopRite where they treat you with respect. I really wish I didn't have to come to this Stop & Shop location but unfortunately it's the closest supermarket to me. I'm so disgusted. It's not the cleanest either, and a few times I've found bugs in my lettuce as well. Smfh!!

Unfortunately the store manager and staff at this location are racist and will discriminate you when using an egift card ! but will also call you a scammer when it was a gift ! this store is down the road from and I will never go back here ! Management is DISGUSTING!

I just moved to the town recently and this stop and shop is a 5 minute walk from my house, however I won't be shopping here anymore. The last 2 times I bought chicken from here the quality was questionable..first time edible but just barely, the second time we had to throw the whole meal out after cooking it (same day as purchasing it not expired) because the taste was foul. I went to the store the next day after speaking on the phone with customer service explaining what happened and being told to come in with my receipt and they would rectify the problem. When I came in it was a different young lady working customer service and she explained that without the product there was nothing she could do for me and while I understood that as far as she was concerned the problem was out of her control. I still requested to speak to the manager because I was told differently over the phone. when the assistant store manager came up to me. She didn't even give me the time of day. Didn't ask what the problem was. Just snapped at me. I explained to her that I had to throw away $21 worth of rotten meat sold from her store. She accused me of being part of a scam ring, and that no one in her staff would ever tell me that they could give me any sort of refund on a product I didn't physically have on me. I tried to explain the only reason i found out it was rotten is because i cooked it and I didn't keep an empty pack of meat with me. In front of me, she took out her cell phone and called who she claims is the person I would have spoken to on the phone the previous night and asked them if they had told some girl on the phone that they could return a product without bringing the product in. She hung the phone up. Looked at me and said exactly. Nobody told you that. When I asked her why she was being so rude and yelling at me, she said she wasn't being rud, She was being stern and then accused me of not being used to people telling me no. She spoke to me in a tone in which a mother would yell at her 14-year-old daughter. I never once raised my voice with her. I didn't give her an attitude. I even said to the girls working customer service how I understood why they couldn't do anything and I was unsure if anything could even be done which was why I called before coming in. I even showed them the call on my call log to confirm. I called the right location and to show them at exactly what time I had called so they could figure out who was on staff at that time .I hardly even got the chance to say a word to the assistant manager because she spent the whole interaction insulting me and accusing me of trying to scam her store. If she had kindly just told me that she apologized for the misinformation given by the other employee but that as per the store policy her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. I would have been upset but I would have understood. I've worked customer service. I understand there's policies and no matter how much we might want to, sometimes we just can't help the customer. It would have been frustrating for sure because that's a lot of money that I had to throw out but the fact that she didn't even give me the time of day she didn't even come at me ready for a fight. She came at me fighting. She caused a whole scene. There were multiple employees and a few other shoppers lingering around watching the scene unfold, I walked out of the store hysterically crying not because of the lack of refund but because of the complete disrespect I was shown, more than just disrespect. She was flat out nasty to me. I had already decided after I threw out all the chicken and having a few more questionable purchases in the past that I was going to start finding other stores in my area to do my grocery shopping but after this experience I definitely will not be shopping here again and I know it won't affect them losing my business but I certainly refused to shop somewhere where management doesn't even treat their shoppers like human beings.

All Stop&Shops are well stocked on almost everything. A great place to shop, whether close to home or the next state over.

Worst customer service. I went there to return bottles before 8 and it was already locked up and they're response was pretty much "that sucks"

This store is great if you're white, of a Christian faith, and eat what would be considered average American fare... otherwise, you're out of luck. For example, maybe you want to cut down on salt in your diet, and you like nuts; just try finding unsalted cashews. They're not there. Or how about finding something that you could eat for Passover besides gefilte fish and matzos? Good luck with that too. I can go on and on, but you get the point. This store is out of step with the times and out of touch with the neighborhood.

Big store, but seems poorly maintained. It's a store with great potential. I haven't interacted much with staff. I went there on a Sunday afternoon, which is supposed to be a typically busy day and time, and it wasn't too crowded. The hot food bar didn't have much to offer, mostly the rotisserie chicken.

My last experience was terrible. I selected 4-5 pm pick up time and didn't get my groceries until 5:20pm. Then I sent them back because I was missing half the order. I went inside to figure out what was going on and one of the managers (He's usually at the self check out area.) was on his phone texting while the poor girl who was fulfilling the order was running around like a chicken with it's..... (you know the rest.) I asked what happened to the order and the manager had no idea! Get off your phone and help the poor girl fulfill orders! Poor girl was running the entire show and the manager couldn't be bothered. Wake up Stop & Shop!!
