I have to disagree with previous reviewers. I go here often with my daughters. Yes you do need to make appointments. They are always reasonable and get us in. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I have never had a bad experience in the last 4 years of going here. The full spa pedicure experience is second to none. I can not recommend more than saying than are the best

Why is it so difficult to find a decent mani/pedi these days? I don't mind paying $53 bucks and then having to tip two people bc they are too crowded to take their time, even though you called and made and appointment. But the service was less than stellar and I was served a side of attitude that I didn't ask for when I pointed out that I need a few cuticles cleaned up and the dark polish cleaned off of my fingers/skin. I won't be headed back anytime in the near future. Thankful it was clean. On to the next!!

They are the most unwelcoming rude business owners I have ever seen. You never had to make an appointment to get a brow wax. I went in and they told me okay one minute then a second later after they talk to each other they say we have no time !!!! Without even saying come back later at a certain time or anything! Poor business ethics! They are not even that busy of a nail salon to turn anyone away! Never going back .Service: Waxing

I have never been more upset or offended at a nail salon in my entire life. I was ridiculed by Catherine for not giving enough tip after I gave a very decent amount. I left there very upset and on top of that when I called back to speak to Michelle I was laughed at and made fun of by the rest of the crew there. I highly do not recommend this place at all go somewhere else

They are not honoring gifts certificates that were honored before Covid hit! Bad business practice and against the law! They were already paid by the person who purchased the gift certificate then have the nerve to not honor it?

Salon is fine. No different than others. I came here because of a previous experience but looks like it changed ownership. It was a beautifully decorated place. Your hands would be washed and scrubbed in a sink upon arrival by a very nice Korean lady- I believe she was the owner. There was also a well-trained gentleman who did a wonderful back massage while your nails were drying. This was over 10 years ago. I'd love to find out if they moved somewhere else :(

My sisters both have been going here so I gave it a try. Not the cheapest but great quality that for the 8$ more I am returning today for the quality and large color selection for my powder gel.

This place has the nastiest owner - Tony. Doesn't value loyal customers. He changes appointments without notice. Doesn't honor loyalty card earnings. He treats his employees terribly. Makes these poor girls cry. It's very sad.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I use to live in queens where there were an abundant amount of nail salons all over bayside, hillside, and little neck. But ever since I moved to Long Island I searched for a god nail salon, one that looked clean and where the staff were very nice. I came upon sweet dreams and fell knew I'd be a life long customer. It is super clean and quiet - exactly what you want in a nail salon. I have a box set up there where I collect points for each of my visits. Because I have a box - everyone seems to know my name and when I walk in, always greet me. The only unfortunate part about this place is that they don't give you that quick back massage while your nails are drying. However they excel at everything else! Great place!

the best nail salon! you should definitely make an appointment before going in because they are busy but they do not rush you at all. i get powder gel and my nails have never chipped even going onto week 4 when powder is only supposed to last 2/3 weeks top. very clean, the employees are so sweet the place is amazing !!!

Worst nail salon. So over priced. Workers are extremely rude and rush you. Definitely takes away from the spa feeling. They told me "hurry up I have no time" and "they're in a rush" while I was picking my nail color. They rushed through my pedicure and didn't do a good job. I was expecting this place to be a lot better considering my regular nail salon charges $20 for a mani AND pedi when just a pedicure cost me $23 at sweet dream. They didn't even give a complimentary massage, which is typical for nail salons especially in this area. Definitely will not come back here I had the worst experience.
