Brutally bad. They turned the task of opening a checking account into a 6 week process that led to the account being closed. Opened an account online, but was then told we needed to go to branch to add my wife. Went in and signed paperwork. One week, nothing. Two weeks, nothing. Finally they tell me the agent made mistake and I had to redo paperwork. I complete paperwork and order checks and debit card. Along the way I never funded account since I had no access to it. Received an email saying fund by 11/30 or it will be closed. So, I set up to fund by 11/29 but when I log in, the account was already closed a day early. Two hours in phone loop hell and I end up with there is nothing they can do and I need to start over. Really? Avoid!

I could give them a zero I would they had one person behind the counter who left the counter to let somebody in a vault I guess where they have a safety deposit box and left a line of 10 people waiting to be helped there's a woman doing the drive-thru who didn't pop her head out once. Another woman came in and went behind the counter and disappeared I guess into her office. Really a very disgusting experience don't think I'll ever go back

Had an issue with a fraudulent charge on my debit card so I called whatever number you find on the TD Bank website. Had to call a couple of times and the hold/wait time was 20+ minutes each time. When I got through the guy that I spoke to gave me some BS about how I need to wait two weeks to confirm that it was a fraudulent charge and to call back then. Like most people I use different banks for different things and completely had it with TD. Was going to wait for my tax returns to hit the bank and bail on these losers and switch everything over to my Fidelity account. It's quarantine right now so I did the drive-through option to replace my debit card since I was getting weird charges. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dorace Costello who was very helpful. She had me ignore everything that I was told on the phone by TD and personally put in a dispute or whatever it is to get refunded the charge. It was only $204 dollars but it's honestly just the principal of the thing. She had my account credited for the $204 which I thought was really cool. Didn't have to make a fuss or anything. Sticking with TD solely due to Dorace's great customer service and professionalism. Brick & Mortar = Good Terrible (improperly trained) call centers = Bad

They are horrible. The first time I went there, they lost a check from my deposit. The second time, they ripped a check when they processed it and then charged ME a bounce back fee for the check that they ripped. I will never visit this branch again.
