It was an absolute pleasure working with Mary Ellen Petrone and Kim Schultze (Team Schultze) in my search for a home/townhome. My sister and I sold our family home after 67 years. Kim guided us through every step of the process. She thoroughly researched the area housing market, made sound recommendations on preparing the house for sale, and priced the house for optimal interest. Because of her hard work, we received over 50 offers on the house and sold it for almost 20% above the asking price. In addition, Kim helped me find a desirable apartment in an extremely difficult rental market, patiently and knowledgably guiding me through that process as well. Kim was always prompt, responsive, and very professional. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying, selling, or renting a home.

If you are looking for a dedicated, high energy, extremely knowledgeable and experienced advocate for your home buying/selling experience then we highly recommend Kim.
