I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex at Verizon while upgrading our phones, and I couldn't be more impressed. I wanted to recognize Steve at this store, I showed up on a Friday with a time-critical situation involving an iPhone data transfer, Steve knew exactly what needed to happen and got it done lickety-split. This is a phone for a physician overseeing an intensive-care unit at a flagship hospital, and Steve made it happen. The solution was somewhat complicated, and Steve clearly had the knowledge and expertise to come through in a real pinch and save our hides. Thank you Steve!!
ALSO: while I was waiting for my phone to un-screw itself, I overheard a female rep working with a older woman who needed to change her service, the rep was making a concerted effort to make sure she identified all the possible discounts the customer could receive. I found that beautiful, and rather than squeezing that customer for every last dime, that rep was working on developing a repeat client. Excellent long-term sales strategy, through patient customer service. Bravo!

I want to recognize Shedley at this store for helping me resolve a complicated matter with Verizon Wireless. I walked in late one evening and he was very professional and patient with me in understanding my complicated issue with another store in Florida / Corporate, and working overtime with Ports dept. to help get the issue resolved for me. This store is lucky to have him!

I upgraded recently at this location. Sherwood was the representative who helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the upgrades I qualified for. He even assisted with a CarPlay issue that was not related to my phone. The service he provided was excellent.

Got new phones on Sunday and the salesman quoted us getting $1000 for each trade in. And what we brought them back in after we got new phones another salesman told us we will only be getting $830. This is a significant amount because we will now paying more monthly then he had mentioned and printed out for us. Now we are stuck with a higher bill.
As well as not helping us enroll in autopay. Or mentioning we had to do it. I will not be returning to this place. Scam of a place. These salespeople need to be more informed before selling people phones and contracts.

Horrible service. The Verizon representative who helped us in store literally messed up setting our entire phone plan up. They had me leave without a working phone. Ridiculous services. 5 workers there at one time and not one could figure out how to fix the problem. If your looking for a job, go to Verizon they don't require any knowledge about phones apparently and they will hire anyone.

They told me the phones were free with a trade in and assured me multiple times. My payment wouldn’t change. What they didn’t say was that I was financing the phone. Dishonest, and clearly sold me something I didn’t want. About 20 minutes later when I logged in to see that everything was as explained and I learned it wasn’t I called them and they said it was too late. The phones I traded were Verizon’s property and they had already been sent out. Dishonest. Avoid this place. I wish I did.

I normally dread upgrading my phone because it ends up being a long, tedious process. Not today. I had the best experience yet. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and actually made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you Patrick!!
