Once again please fire these people we process checks for senior citizens. The manager shows no consideration compassion or understanding. Also a bit racist. Is this the reputation you want for your company after all you've gotten in trouble for slamming peoples accounts.

First and hopefully last time i come to the bank . Horrible costumer service.. very rout attitude.. Specially this lady name: Sona Kesaya..!!! Long face, i hope never came back to this place.. Security ashole too.. seems like they don't like Latinos They treat people like trash... I don't really recommend this bank ..

I wanted to open a business account and they transferred me over to the manager this was 12/31/20 around 12:00pm. She was very rude and aggressive from the start and she was full of Attitude. There was no need for that since I was being very sweet and nice with her. She was very Condescending. I'm usually very cool and don't complain when people give me attitude but this was uncalled for. Just be careful when you go to this one, the manager has an anger issue.

Great Huntington downtown location, easy to access via walking or flexible on parking options. Fully staffed clean environment, staff is very by thE book a little bit too much it delays the banking process. Over all satisfactory

At a normal cash machine : you can see a summery of your activity.....Not here. Why ? You need to see a teller- then the teller hooks you up with a rep behind in the office area. Just to see "recent activity" .

I had a great experience here today! Matt is the senior banker and he is a great financial advisor. I had to wait about 30 minutes to see him but he was worth the wait. He's very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me some great guidance about my personal banking needs. I am impressed!!

I'm a regular customer here and I can say that besides there long wait there service is horrible the only reason why I go here is because it's the only one open at that time. When I go here they always give me wrong information so I really think this team really needs to go back to a training course so they can actually give correct information out. Sincerely I just stopped asking I've been coming here a little over 9months and it seems they always make a big deal to cash my checks like seriously it literally the same company giving me the checks the same amount and they never seem to make it easier. I tried doing deposits on the app but they take to long to put funds in If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would but unfortunately I can't

I come to this bank all the time because it's always open, convenient and the tellers are very polite and professional. Example Marcia, Claudia, Romena, Edgar and everyone else I failed to mention all do a wonderful job. Thank you all very much for your assistance.

The worst experience. I wanted to put money on my son's account which i have already done at this location. The cashier wouldn't take it. She said I needed a check. She called manager over who said, we can't put money on your son's account since rules changed last May. I said, look up the account, I have done it at least three times in the Fall.They literally push my money back at me. One other cashier said if you bank at Chase, use a check. (We don't write checks.) NO ONE ,NOT ONE, said get a money order or cashier check( which they would've seen I used) I live far from this bank. there are no Wells Fargo in Dix Hills. They were not helpful what so ever. Do not use this bank. Keep your bottled water, customers need to be helped. Now I see why they have 2 starts. Waste of time.The manager( waste of title) needed to say, go to Chase where you bank, get a cashier's checker money order and we'll get it on your son's account. She walked away. I called Syosset and John told exactly what to do. Use Syoset.

I do not have a Wells Fargo account, went in there to cash a Wells Fargo check. Had my drivers license, insurance cards, school id, aaa card, bjs card. They would not cash check bc they need two forms of id, I don't carry my social sec card with me and I don't have credit cards so they would not cash . Only 500 check. What a waste of time need to start using common sense !!! You should train your employees to know how to determine if a drivers license is legit and not need a second form!

ManagerJulissa Jimenez really needs to use her Branch Manager capabilities and get back in making sure that customer service comes first. It's sad to see a title with a certain prestige go to waste. At the very least analyze the situation before saying no. Wells Fargo it shows what your training you give and the low expectations you have.

Terrible service! I was treated as if I were the lowest trash on the floor from not only the banker but also the branch manager. They do not have their customer service skills together at all. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I was treated as trash. I definitely would not recommend this branch for any services. They are over crowded and understaffed and racist in my opinion. Giving 1 star since I cant give zero, but they definitely deserve a big fat zero!

I just recently found out that wells fargo bank was inside superior supermarket here in huntington park. I worked close by so its very convinient for me looking for the bank. They have outside location but number one problem is parking. Here in this location parking is plentyful. They open longer hours. If you wanted to open personal & business account you could have it here. I went afternoon and surprisingly no long waiting lines. They also have ATM machine if you just dont want to wait in line or just to deposit or get a quick cash. I came here to deposit and Claudia which was the teller that time helped me . They always greets you with a big smile and asked you hows your day so far. In short the bank is customer service oriented. At the same time i needed to close one account and went inside the business center. Didnt waited long. The lady who helped me closed the account extended her service even though its not her task to close business account but still insisted to help me out. It didnt take me long max 5 mins. It really helps me alot this location open up. The last time i went busy times they have a manager standby helping customers on the qeue so which makes the line fast. Tips. Payday busiest day and after 5pm but line moves fast since teller opens up as needed. Good job guys!!
