Eastdale is perfect for us as we downsized from our large home and needed a place that did not need work. We have a beautiful apartment that gives us space and gorgeous surroundings! Shops, amenities and a staff that is helpful and understanding. This is a great place for older couples like us and younger families. Thank you Eastdale Village!”
“Apartment hunting so stressful and especially finding one that is dog friendly. Working with Taylor was a blessing and she was able to find me the right apartment for me and my furry friend that was budget friendly and close to school. Being a full time student and working, she was able to assist me with the process and made it so easy. And she was very responsive to all my questions which was great!

“My wife and I have been residents here at Ridgefield since 2016. Very satisfied with the complex's management and the maintenance team. I haven't had many issues come up (all just basic maintenance requests), but when they do, they are handled quickly and do not need repeated subsequent requests. I would highly recommend prospective tenants to take a tour here! It's not the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for.”
“I have written a review awhile back about the lawn care. These past few months a new landscapping crew is here. The grounds are looking beautiful and they are very professional. I am so glad Village Park has hired this company. The grounds went from looking like a disaster to being able to sit outside and enjoying the beautiful landscapping now.”

“Me and my beloved are New comers to royal ledges and this will be our first renting experience but from the very beginning tanner made us feel right at home and we haven’t even moved in yet. They say first impressions last way beyond the moment. Then you can consider me impressed. From the transparency in the phone calls down to the Hyde park history lesson during the walk through, we felt part of the community. although he was our first and only interaction on the property. It was the only interaction needed to take the cake. He is willing to help every step of the way. I’d say it was a true human experience in a world of people just doing their “jobs”. Tanner makes an effort to give you a breath of fresh air. Thanks again we appreciate the time you take and the over all vibe extended.”
