“Shout out to all the wonderful staff at Ridgefield Apts- from Taylor in the office and the part timers to Bryan and all the maintenance guys. I recently had surgery and needed help with getting a more ergonomically appropriate appliance. Staff couldn't have been nicer in responding to my needs. Grateful!”
“Apartment hunting so stressful and especially finding one that is dog friendly. Working with Taylor was a blessing and she was able to find me the right apartment for me and my furry friend that was budget friendly and close to school. Being a full time student and working, she was able to assist me with the process and made it so easy. And she was very responsive to all my questions which was great!
Not to mention, the apartment complex is very clean and so well maintained! I am excited to start my next chapter with Dutchess!”

“I have lived at royal ledges since February 2019! And have just closed on my first home for my family and I. Thankyou to Jenna & Lauren for always being there to help with all my needs! Any issue I’ve had they were always by my side to help! Jenna will help you and go above and beyond her job description to make sure tenants are treated properly! Jeff, danny, & there boss Mike I couldn’t ask for a better maintenance department! Weither it’s 2pm or 2am at night they always responded and there to help. In a way you guys have become like family to me. And I will definitely miss you all and living there! Thankyou my royal ledges family!!! It’s been a long journey!! I highly recommend there newly updated apartments are very nice and spacious for people to live!! Thankyou guys!!!”
