“It's not often these days that you get to rave about a customer experience that you had from ANY business. Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. (Which I know it was) They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Aiden and Chris, I can't say it enough!!”

I dropped my vehicle off and it was ready well before the estimated time they gave, the scheduled me a rental, they haggled with the insurance company and the best part was the periodic text updates that I got while my vehicle was in their care!!! I picked up the car when it was done the body work was perfect they made it look brand new as if it was never in an accident. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for body work! “Job well done. I called. Got a quote and was able to be scheduled in minutes. I was given a service arrival window of between 12p and 5pm. Lucky for me the technician Tyler was able to get to me earlier than planned and was finished within 2 hours. He was personable, tidy and informative. He gave me instructions on how to care for the glass and what-not-to-do's and really made the experience pleasant and effortless. Highly recommend this location and Tyler for your tech.”
“A rock ended up cracking the windshield on my wife’s car. They had open availability for appointments which was great. Was able to schedule within a day or 2 of the initial inquiry. Ended up dropping the car off the night before using the key drop box which was really convenient due to our busy schedules. Got step by step text updates throughout the process which was nice, and they were able to get it finished in a timely manner. They even swapped the inspection and registration window decals onto the new glass without any issue (other times at other places those would basically be destroyed and illegible). 10/10 would recommend.”
