Absolutely horrible i do not recommend anyone renting from these people they tell you one price and triple charge you when your bill is due! Absolutely horrible i have a 5\\10 unit and have been a customer for over 5 years im getting charged over $200 its ridiculous

I have been here for five years the place has significantly improved since Christiana became the manager she is always improving things and is very helpful and will address your concerns asap ! Much praise to her she is the manager that every business dreams of lol but that's the truth !

The signing up and opening of my account was so easy and efficient thanks to Christine, who was very clear, professional and helpful throughout the process. 5-10-2024 CubeSmart just recently took over the management of this facility. Access is available 7 days a week 6 am till 8 pm. The office is open M-F 10 am - 6 pm. The office manager is Christine and wonderful to work with. I read the reviews for this place and was very concerned about using it. But after going there and gaining access, I am very happy.

The absolute worst place. They up your rent, and not just a few dollars. You can only access with their business hours, even though it stated if you need after hours to just give them a call. I did and they told me no. It revoked my access to my storage a day after my storage rent was due when for some reason my auto payment didn't go through. I mentioned I needed a smaller unit and the guy told me only if I give them a 2 weeks heads up. Now here I am rushing to get all my stuff out because I refuse to pay another dime to them. I mean come on, almost $400 for a lousy storage unit that can only be accesses on THEIR time, and for what to have them upcharged me AGAIN in the next couple of months? Hell no.
