Their employee who assisted me, Von is thorough, helpful and honored everything promised (e.g., reminding me to send insurance coverage as I asked since I was so busy packing and moving)!”
“Great facility. Clean and climate controlled. Carts are available for convenience. There are also clean bathrooms. Friendly staff The only downside is that access is not available 24 hours a day and it is quite expensive.”
“Cliff, the guy rented my unit from even went out and blew the leaves away from the door and cleaned the inside of the unit before I put my motorcycles inside. Above and beyond customer service.”

“I have rented my storage unit for 9 years at the Highland All Space Facility. The staff is always helpful and the facility clean and in working order. During the winter the grounds are plowed so that I can access my holiday decorations stored there. Rich helped me today to set up auto pay so that I can be sure my payment in on time even when I'm out of town. I highly recommend this business.”
“Their website is so convenient and user-friendly. The staff on the phone are incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. I was able to read about the various unit sizes, how much each can hold, choose a unit size and book it online all in under 5 minutes! I definitely recommend A&L Storage. Great pricing also. My only recommendation would be to be more transparent about the deposit fee on the pricing page, so it's not a surprise when you go to book. That said, deposit fee included A&L storage prices far out beat their local competitors. 5 stars all day”
“Not sure why the negative reviews unless management has changed recently. This store is clean and neat and I didn't have to wait to get served. This location has, of all things, the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have seen. It is even nicer than most restaurant bathrooms.Rented a small 5x8 trailer and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I had just gotten the hitch put on at another Uhaul and needed to purchase a bracket to attach the 4 pin wire to. The young man showed me the bracket I needed ($5) and then proceeded to attach it to my bumper no charge.Overall a very pleasent experience.”
“Had my storage unit for some time now and I have to say I am very happy with my choice. The price is reasonable for 24 access to the building with climate control . But, my favorite part has to be the area they make available for all customers to leave what they don't want and others to take if they do .”
“The interior of the van was very clean - the windshields had a bit of snow/water/salt residue, but given the time of year that is understandable. I spent a little time wiping down the front windshield and mirrors, not a big problem. Other wise everything was fine.”
