My mail box is in a community and very tiny. Apparently the mail carrier thinks it is ok to jam two packages and crumple my mail. Normally the carrier would leave larger oackages at my door. Totally lazy move on this carrier.

This post office had thieves working at it. On multiple occasions packages sent out from here have been opened contents removed resealed with stamps with no signature and sent on to the receiver who then receives the boxes empty this has happened several times it’s been brought to the post masters attention of this branch who accused me of being dishonest got defensive and said that if I didn’t have a specific name of a person I had no right to say that’s what’s happening. When I see my items taped up on video I’m on the phone with the friend who’s sending them and then my items don’t make it to me because your employees have sticky fingers it’s an issue

the people on here giving 1 stars are clearly miserable as this post office is great!!! the workers are so sweet and i feel so safe delivering my packages here definitely my favorite post office

went in here I was lost had a brainfart on my drive from Brooklyn to Albany... my cell phone died...... my other friend had my charger in his back and he was in another car 40 minutes ahead of me couldn't get anyone from a local gas station to help me...
but stopped in here and they got me on my way with directions ......

Been here a few times and there are some staff very rude and makes you feel unwelcome when you make a mistake. Will change my rating once I see an improvement on how they speak to customers because it wasn’t only me was treated poorly.

I had a passport appointment canceled by this office AN HOUR before the appointment over a phone call. This was scheduled 2 weeks ago. The reason was the person who handles the passport applications is out on leave. I should have been called days before and not an hour before my appointment. Now I cant get an appointment anywhere until a month from now.I may file a complaint with the post master and higher ups but they are all the same-disgruntled, lazy and stupid. Hire robots to replace all of them. Idiocracy thrives at this post office.

I was afraid by the low ratings before I got here, but this place was much better than I thought. I sent 4 packages here today, and the staff was kind and fast. I was able to send my package in within 15 minutes, even though the line was quite long.

Uneducated employees. First of all, these people never answer the phone, so good luck calling the post office. I was waiting on a package coming from overseas, went in to grab it so it wouldn’t be in the rain. Proceeded listen to the idiot behind the counter tell me that I have been scammed out of my money and the shipper was fake. Wouldn’t check to see if my package was in the back as tracking had said. Needless to say, package was out side in the rain when we got home the next day. Great job guys.

Terrible post office. Employees are rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Don't waste your time going to this location, literally go anywhere else. If you don't know something they will tell you, in a patronizing way. Ridiculous. They are also extremely slow, I can find stronger work ethic in high school kids working at McDonalds. The employees at this USPS location are full grown adults. Absolutely sad. Lazy, slow, and rude.

Updated Review: Overall, great experience. Can be a bit of a wait in line sometimes. They really need to install bigger po boxes as they only have 3 smaller sizes. The biggest box available is still too small for the packages I order. I mean, at the end of the day, it's usps you really can't expect much.
