I went to the location to pay an advance payment of 320.00 for Verizon but payment did not get applied because apparently it was too much so I went back to get a refund and they said the hadn't enough cash but the refund would be mailed , that was august and it is now 11 days before Christmas, why so long to get a refund just for starters but the one bright side was miss Anastasia .S as she was courteous and helpful but still no refund

Paid 320.00 to Anastasia Slater on august 15 -2023 for advance cell phone service but never got the credit for it at Victra Hyde Park location they claim I would get a refund from Victra but today is November 9th and still no refund. Next step is small claims court with damages and /or investigation by New York Attorney General office of practices of Victra
